~~Rishi's PoV~~

"No, no, no," I heard my love yelling.

"Yes, yes, yes," I also heard that little monster shouting.

If the penthouse wasn't soundproofed, we would have gotten a hundred noise complaints from the residents.

They shout a lot.

I put the breakfast on the plate and took it for Rakshith. I put it on the glass table.

I went back into the kitchen and brought her smoothie and my breakfast.

"Guys, eat. You can continue the game later," I said. They are no different from the deaf. They didn't react at all.

"Yes," Samaira said, smirking at Rakshith. He had a cute pout. He threw the controller on the couch and folded his hands across his chest.

"Once more," he said. He lost.

There was no way he would have won. She learnt from the best. Me.

"Sure," she said, shrugging her shoulders.

"Play with my uncle," Raksith suggested.

No.

I can never defeat my love, I don't have such a strong heart. She is also my student. It would be unfair.

"Game on," she said, looking at me intensely.

Darling, I can never let you lose. But I will never go easy. Never.

She hates being looked down on, and I will never make her feel bad.

I passed Rakshith his breakfast plate. He obediently started eating.

I took the controller, sat beside her, and started the game.

My stupid heart is beating insanely fast.

At this rate, it is going to be hard for me to even stay in the same room as her.

While I was lost in her, she took me by surprise. She shot me.

She didn't celebrate this victory. She rather looked disappointed.

"If you don't want to play, just say so. There's no need to go easy on me," she said bluntly.

"I wasn't going easy on you. This is my first time playing the game. I was just getting familiarized," I said. It was true. It was indeed my first time playing this game, but I played similar games.

"Okay," she said and started a fresh match.

This time, I concentrated.

This was a tough match.

"Come on, Sammy," Rakshith jumped on the couch, cheering for my love.

Did he just call her Sammy?

I need to concentrate. She almost killed me.

Rakshith ran in the kitchen's direction.

He came back with a straw in his hand. He put the straw in the smoothie and helped her drink it.

She was so lost in the game, that she didn't realise she had drunk the smoothie.

"Retreat," Rakshith yelled, and Samaira retreated immediately.

But unfortunately, I took a shot at her.

My heart hurts. Did I kill her?

I will never play these useless violent games with her again. Ever again.

"God! You are good," she said, impressed by my play.

"We lost," Rakshith said disappointedly.

When did they form a team?
