6 - Meet Again

As expected, Yielhi had fallen ill after Shiki's ritual. Even though it hadn't lasted long, a few seconds to be exact, it was enough for the negative effects to appear. And despite Shoko's cure, Yielhi was still suffering from the fever and the negative effects, although it was not going to get worse and risk killing her.

She was used to this fever. When she was little, Shiki performed many rituals on her. Yielhi had thought until now that it was to open the six eyes and the infinite within her but in reality, it was only to prevent her true power from awakening. What she had failed in the end...

Yielhi had still obtained answers, thanks to this ritual which was not really one. She was even able to meet her original appearance but in the end, her last words stuck in her head...

What did she want to say about Satoru ? And what did she mean by she didn't have all the answers Yielhi wanted ? It was so strange and at the same time, she knew that her original appearance wasn't lying. And it frustrated her so much, why did there have to be so much mystery in her life ?

Bedridden with a fever, Yielhi let out a sigh as she stared at the ceiling as the moon lit her room.

— I just want to see Sukuna... She muttered to herself.

Her thoughts always wandered towards Sukuna, he was her soul mate after all.. She always wanted to be by his side deep down.

While she was wandering in her thoughts waiting for sleep to overtake her, she heard a noise at her window and it was none other than Megumi, Yuji and Nobara.

— Why are you coming in through the window ? Asked the young sorcerer with a tired look. You could have come through the front door.

— Gojo wouldn't let us in, you know how he is when you're sick. Megumi replied, placing a plastic shopping bag on the bedside table.

— I didn't know that you and Mr. Gojo still lived together... Said Nobara, observing Yielhi's room.

— It was Satoru who always insisted that we live together after... something that happened when he was a teenager.

Ever since what happened with Riko when Satoru was still a teenager, he always wanted to keep Yielhi by his side, so he always insisted that she live with him. Probably out of fear that something similar would happen to her and that he wouldn't be able to protect her.

Although there was another reason for that, one that Yielhi didn't know yet.

Yielhi sat up in bed, looking at the three teenagers and smiling as she saw Yuji attracting her cats who were asking for cuddles without letting him go.

— We brought you some snack. Said Megumi, pointing to the plastic bag that he placed sooner on the nightstand. Shall we watch a movie ?

— Come on, come on... The white-haired woman whispered, motioning for them to sit next to her.

The teens hurried to Yielhi's side, sitting in bed beside her, Yuji taking the cats with him. Yuji had placed himself to the right of Yielhi with the cats, Nobara to his right and Megumi to Nobara's left after taking the remote control placed on the piece of furniture in front of the bed where the TV is located.

While Megumi was looking for a movie to watch, Yuji continued to pet Yielhi's cats who were on top of him while Nobara tried to get closer to Yielhi to smell her perfume which surprisingly smelled very good.

— Megumi spent all the time wanting to be in my arms when he was little because I smelled good... Yielhi murmured in a tired voice when she saw Nobara smelling her.
