Ridley Moira Lane-Hamilton was born into one of the most influential and rich families in Starling City. Her Mother: Cynthia Lane-Hamilton, was a world-renowned Journalist and her Father: Carmichael Hamilton was the CEO of Hamilton Industries, a Tech Company.

All her life she had been given everything she could ever ask for. All the clothes she wanted, all the new tech that was out, she was given everything, except the one thing she truly wanted, her parents love and affections.

Her parents had always been to busy working to pay attention to their baby girl. Either her father was to busy in business meeting or developing new tech or he was out of the country doing something or other. Her mother was never home either, she was to busy writing an article or in an interview or whatever else her mother did, and so Ridley was always home alone.

She had a good life don't get her wrong but it wasn't the life she saw herself living. She couldn't complain though, she had her Godparents, Moira and Robert Queen and her Godbrother, Oliver Queen, who always made time for her, but it wasn't the same as having her parents with her.

When Ridley was sixteen years of age, her parents went missing leaving Ridley in the Care of her God Parents Moira and Robert Queen. Two years later, in the summer of two thousand and four, Ridley was sent to spend the summer with her mother's brother Cornel Sam Lane of the United States Army and her cousin Lois Lane.

During that Summer Lois and Ridley discovered that there was something amiss with Lois's maternal cousin, Chloe Sullivan's death and so the two set out to investigate it, in the small farming town of Smallville, Kansas, but it seems that things aren't exactly what they seem.
