The months that followed Zion and Muna's reunion were like a dream. They were finally together, no distance, no uncertainty-just two people who had always belonged to each other, finding their way back. They took their time, enjoying the simplicity of being near again. They cherished long walks in Central Park, late-night talks on the phone, and weekend trips to nearby observatories where they would set up a telescope and gaze at the night sky.

Muna eventually moved from Hawaii back to the mainland, though they chose not to move in together right away. They wanted to honor the growth they had experienced during their time apart and allow their relationship to blossom at its own pace. Muna found an apartment just a few blocks from Zion's place, and they began to build a new life together, side by side.

One day, Zion called Muna with a surprise. He told her to pack a bag and meet him downstairs. When she reached the street, she found him leaning against a car, a smile on his face and a sparkle in his eyes.

"Where are we going?" Muna asked, raising an eyebrow.

"You'll see," Zion replied, opening the passenger door for her. "It's a surprise."

Muna couldn't help but smile. She loved Zion's surprises. There was something magical about the way he put his heart into every detail, and she knew this would be no different.

They drove for hours, leaving the city behind as they made their way into the countryside. The sun dipped below the horizon, and soon, the sky turned into a canvas of stars, each one twinkling with a brilliance that seemed to grow stronger the further they got from the city lights. Muna glanced at Zion, curiosity in her eyes, but she remained patient, trusting him completely.

Finally, they pulled up to a secluded field, surrounded by trees. In the middle of the field, a telescope was set up, a blanket spread out with candles flickering around it. Muna's eyes widened in surprise and awe.

"Zion... what is this?" she whispered, her heart swelling.

Zion smiled, taking her hand and leading her towards the blanket. "This is where I want us to be tonight-under the stars, together, like we always dreamed."

Muna's eyes misted over as she looked at the scene before her. Zion had set up a small table with her favorite snacks-fresh fruit, chocolates, and sparkling water. It was simple, but it was perfect.

Zion guided her to the telescope, and Muna bent down to look through the eyepiece. What she saw took her breath away-a beautiful exoplanet, one they had discovered together during their research. It looked like a small, glowing marble suspended in the vastness of space.

"It's ours," Zion said softly, standing beside her. "A reminder of where we've been and where we're going."

Muna looked up at him, tears pooling in her eyes. She knew what this meant-what Zion was trying to say without words. It was a promise, one that stretched across time and space.

"Muna," Zion continued, taking a deep breath. He reached into his pocket, pulling out a small velvet box. He opened it to reveal a delicate silver ring, a small star-shaped diamond at its center. "I love you more than anything in this universe. You're my partner, my best friend, and the one I want by my side for every adventure, every discovery. Will you marry me?"

Tears streamed down Muna's cheeks, her heart overflowing with love. She looked at Zion-the boy who had been her best friend since middle school, the man who had waited for her, supported her, loved her despite everything. And now he was standing before her, asking to be her partner for life.

"Yes," she whispered, her voice trembling with emotion. "Yes, Zion. I want that too."

Zion's face broke into a smile, his own eyes shining with unshed tears. He slipped the ring onto her finger, and Muna threw her arms around him, holding him close. They stood there for a long time, wrapped in each other's embrace, the universe above them and the promise of forever between them.

Their wedding was small and intimate, held at the observatory where Muna had worked for years. It was the perfect setting-a place where the stars were close, where their love for the universe could be shared with their closest friends and family. As they exchanged vows under the open sky, surrounded by telescopes and twinkling lights, it felt like they were exactly where they were meant to be.

After the wedding, Zion and Muna moved in together. They bought a home just outside the city-a house with a big backyard where they could set up their telescope and gaze at the stars. It was cozy, filled with their shared dreams and aspirations, with enough space for both of them to grow individually and together.

Their careers continued to flourish. Muna's research into exoplanets gained international recognition, and Zion's work with AI took him to new heights. They often found themselves collaborating on projects, blending their talents to push the boundaries of space exploration and technology. It wasn't just work-it was their passion, something they shared that brought them even closer.

One evening, a few years after their wedding, Muna and Zion sat in their backyard, their telescope pointed at the sky. They were wrapped in blankets, sipping hot chocolate as they watched the stars. The night was clear, and the air was crisp-a perfect night for stargazing.

Muna turned to Zion, her eyes soft. "Do you ever think about how far we've come?"

Zion smiled, reaching out to take her hand. "All the time. From middle school study sessions to discovering exoplanets and getting married... sometimes it feels like a dream."

Muna leaned her head against his shoulder, her heart full. "And to think, it all started with a love for the stars."

Zion pressed a kiss to her forehead. "The stars brought us together, and they'll always be there to guide us. No matter where we go, we'll always have them-and each other."

As they sat there, under the vast sky, Muna felt a deep sense of peace. Their journey had taken them across the world, through challenges and triumphs, but in the end, it had brought them here-together, with the universe as their witness.

And as they looked up at the stars, Muna knew that their love was infinite-like the cosmos above, ever expanding, ever growing. It was a love that was written in the stars, a love that would endure, no matter what.
