Chapter 26: Internships start!

Everyone was waiting for their buses.

"Alright, make sure you hold onto those new costumes and support items," Aizawa said, "Be on your best behavior during Internships."

"Yesiiiiiir!" Mina said.

"Speak clearly Ashido," Aizawa said, reprimanding her.

"Yes sir..."

"See you in a week Uncle Zawa," Izuku said.

"Please stop calling me that."

"Would you rather me call you Dadzawa?" Izuku asked.

"How would Dad Might feel about that?" Aizawa asked.

"Good point," Izuku said, "How about.... Not the Mama?"

"Promise me you won't call me that again, and I won't give you detention for a month."

"Oh c'mon! I'm only joking!" Izuku defended himself.

"Come back soon Mommy and Daddy," Eri said as she was being held by Toga.

"We will Eri," Izuku said, as he and Ochako kissed Eri on both her cheeks, earning a giggle from the unicorn.

Later on he boarded his bus and found himself at a fancy looking apartment. He was about to answer the door but it opened itself. Actually a short woman opened it.

"Um.... Are you Gentle Pro?" he asked.

"Depends who's asking. Who are you and what do you want with Gentle?!" Said the short woman, defensively.

"I'm here for my internship with him," Izuku said, "I'm Izuku Yagi, hero name, Dekiru."

"Hmmm... well you seem relatively harmless. But no funny business, or you'll answer to La Brava!" La Brava told Izuku.

Izuku entered the room. As he was walking inside the building, he saw a lot of pictures made of what he assumed was Gentle as a young man.

"Great pictures aren't they?" asked a man.

"Huh?" Izuku asked as he turned around to see the pro hero, Gentle himself.

"Pleasure to meet your acquaitance Izuku Yagi," he said, "Gentle Pro at your service."

"Izuku Yagi," Izuku said, "What exactly are these photos?"

"They are a mural of my origin story," Gentle said, "I was a yougn lad and struggled in my classes. However I kept my smile because I knew what I wanted to do. One day I was walking home and noticed someone struggling to climb back up. A hero gave me permission to use my quirk and I saved that individual. Some professors saw this and decided to wipe the slate clean, therefore vowing to help me pass the final exams and receive my license."

"What exactly is your quirk?" Izuku asked, "I only know you from your videos."

"I can create barriers of rubber my good man," Gentle answered with a smile, "Though on most occasions I use it on rare circumstances. I tend to capture criminals without needing to resort to violence."

"I see why they call you the gentle pro." Izuku said with a smile.

"Now onto business," Gentle said, "From what I heard you rely mostly on Melee attacks, and speed, rather than strength, correct."

"Yes sir," Izuku told him.

"Well, All Might did tell me you tried out a few ranged moves during the sports festival, and the USJ," Gentle reminded him.

Izuku thought about how he flicked his fingers to emit air pressure.

"Oh yea, I did try that once," Izuku said, "To prevent damage to my bones, I raise the output the moment of the attack."
