A whole week had gone by since Hana's encounter with the mysterious guy, and she hadn't seen him since.

She found herself wondering whether he attended the school.

She still hadn't had the opportunity to learn his name or really get to know him.

Hana thought he seemed like someone interesting to talk to, someone she could potentially befriend.

She also wondered if he remembered her or her name.

Above all, she hoped he is doing well.

Hana had already gotten comfortable of her new town and home. She has already unpacked her belonging to her new room. The pro side of her new bedroom that it is much more roomy, the pastel colors beledned well and it is almost her room is soundproof so she can play her music or sing her favorite songs and dancing without her aunt asking her to keep it down. She also can practice her prayers as well.

Speaking of faith, they have already found a lovely church they can attend on Sundays, and they're excited to get involved in various church activities such as Bible groups, community events, and volunteering opportunities. They plan to participate in a potluck dinner next month, join a youth mentorship program, help organize a charity drive for the less fortunate, and even assist with the church's annual holiday fair. These moments of connection and service fill their hearts with joy. Although is not her original church, she loves attending and feels a sense of belonging, embracing this new community in order to keep her faith strong.

She understands that not everyone can be religious or believe that faith is the solution to life's challenges. Yet, when she was little, her aunt brought her to church to help with her healing from trauma. Together, they would sit in the pews, reciting prayers, finding solace in scripture, and participating in uplifting sermons. The warmth of the congregation wrapped around them, offering support during difficult times. They would also attend special events, like candlelight vigils and community outreach programs, where they shared stories of strength and resilience.

In the beginning, she didn't fully understand what religion was about or how it could offer her comfort. The concepts felt distant, and she struggled to grasp the teachings. However, through Sunday school, group prayers, and the simple act of praying peacefully, she slowly began to find herself in faith alongside her aunt. The stories of hope inspired her, and the feeling of togetherness during worship made her realize the power of community. As she learned hymns, participated in service projects, and shared laughter with newfound friends, her heart opened, absorbing the meaningful lessons of love and compassion.

There may not be many Christians in Japan, as the culture often leans more towards traditional practices. However, the few congregations that exist, filled with warm-hearted individuals, offer a unique blend of spirituality and support. Even in a society where faith may not be prevalent, she finds comfort in the small gatherings, the shared meals, and the heartfelt connections formed. Hana already holds her newfound faith dear and is determined to follow its path, even if juggling her studies feels exhausting at times. She finds strength in the community, drawing inspiration from her peers, and finding balance through prayer and meditation. The challenges are there, but she embraces them as part of her journey, confident that her faith will guide her through. With each new experience, she deepens her understanding and connection, finding a light that guides her onward.

Angel and Hana's father grew up in a tightly-knit Christian family in the western part of the world. However, everything changed when their father received a job offer in Japan that required the family to relocate during the formative years of Angel and her brother's high school experience. They were excited about the new adventures that awaited them, but the move also meant leaving behind their familiar surroundings, friends, and the very heart of their faith community. The transition was challenging, and they struggled to find a balance between their deeply rooted Christian beliefs and the new culture surrounding them.
