I'm starting to understand this Apricon a bit, what I don't understand is the parody of disguise that Annalis tries to do.
"You don't move!" She screams and I had to force myself to be straighter than a cross
"What am I supposed to be?"
"It looks like a baby tiger mixed with trolls," Nero twisted his face, looking for some meaning in my camouflage.
"It's a Bakeneko!" Annalis shouted. It's the only thing I could think of!
"But you don't see a Bakeneko like that," Krohonan said, folding his arms.
"And how am I to know?!" The harpy threw the fabrics to the floor. I was still in the egg when they went extinct.
—To begin with, what is a Bakeneko? "I pulled my whiskers and took off my shark fangs.
"A cat demon, famous in the Asia Region," Valian replied.
With a lot of effort I removed the pile of garbage that Annalis sewed on my clothes, which are now all spoiled and leaked.
Annalis stood up, making only one thing clear to me.
"And your story is that your family got stuck in the human world.
"Until now that the brave guardians of Apricon came to rescue you!" Nero finished with a broad and proud smile.
"And are those 'brave guardians' supposed to be you?" "Mockery.
Krohonan was the only one who understood the sarcasm.
With a mocking smile he stopped playing with his snake and moved away from the wall taking control.
"You have to take her to the bazaar to buy something normal.
"We can't use the barracks funds on it," Annalis complained. With this siren thing we have to go on missions urgently.
Krohonan, in a thicker voice, spoke:
"I'll reformulate: I'll take her to buy clothes."
"I want to go!" Nero jumped
Krohonan stopped him.
"No.
Nero returned to his seat, frightened.
"Walking.
Krohonan handed me his coat, putting on the dark hood to hide my face.
The bazaar was a bit far away, or well, the headquarters was far from the village, but Krohonan got us there in seconds.
"Put me down, please!"
I remained with my eyes closed most of the flight, but the swaying of its wings tormented me.
"We're coming!" Stop drowning!
We did arrive in minutes, very scared, very shaky, very dizzy.
"Vomit away from me!"
Everything I ate left my system and ended up in the poor little tree.
"I knew humans were weak, but not that weak.
"Go to the—"
I vomited again and when I saw that everything was turning around, my body couldn't take it anymore. I fell into Krohonan's arms.
"I suppose I'll have to spend emeralds to feed you, too."
I didn't even have the strength to answer, his words were the last thing I remember before I lost my strength. I felt how Krohonan placed me in his arms and continued walking to a place with a lot of noise, many strange sounds like grunts and roars.
