The Birth of Rogan and Lyra

In the bustling city of West City, the Capsule Corporation Hospital was a beacon of advanced technology and care. It was here that Broly and Cheelai had decided to welcome their children into the world, surrounded by friends who had become family.

One quiet evening, as the sun began to set, casting a golden glow over the city, Cheelai felt a sudden, intense sensation. She knew the time had come. Broly, sensing her distress, rushed to her side, his usually fierce eyes filled with concern and tenderness.

"Broly, it's happening," Cheelai whispered, clutching his hand.

Broly nodded, his heart pounding with a mix of excitement and anxiety. He had faced countless battles, but nothing had prepared him for this moment. He gently lifted Cheelai and carried her to the Capsule Corp Hospital, where Bulma had arranged a special room for them.

As they arrived, they were greeted by their friends. Goku, Vegeta, Bulma, and the rest of the Z Fighters were there, their faces filled with anticipation and joy. Bulma, ever the efficient organizer, had ensured everything was ready for the big moment.

Earlier That Day

Broly stood outside the hospital, staring at the sky. His mind was a whirlwind of thoughts and emotions. The idea of becoming a father filled him with both excitement and fear. He had always been a warrior, but this was a battle of a different kind.

Goku noticed Broly's unease and walked over to him, a friendly smile on his face. "Hey, Broly. You okay?"

Broly sighed, his shoulders slumping. "I don't know, Kakarot. What if I'm not a good father? What if I can't protect them?

 Goku placed a reassuring hand on Broly's shoulder. "You'll be a great father, Broly. Just be there for them, love them, and everything will be fine. Besides, you've got all of us to help you out."

Vegeta, who had been listening nearby, joined the conversation. "Kakarot's right. None of us knew what we were doing at first. But you learn. And you have the strength to protect them, just like you protect Cheelai."

Broly looked at his friends, their words slowly easing his fears. "Thank you, both of you. It means a lot."

Goku grinned. "No problem! Now let's get ready to meet those little ones."

Currently

As the night deepened, the stars above seemed to shine brighter, as if the universe itself was watching over them. Cheelai's cries echoed through the room, but Broly remained by her side, offering words of comfort and strength. Goku and Vegeta stood nearby, their usual rivalry set aside for this special occasion.

Hours passed, and finally, the cries of two newborns filled the air. Cheelai, exhausted but overjoyed, held her children close. Broly, with tears in his eyes, looked at his family with a sense of awe and pride.

"They're beautiful," Cheelai said, her voice trembling with emotion. "Rogan and Lyra."

Broly nodded, gently touching the tiny hands of his children. Rogan, the elder of the twins, had a strong grip, a sign of the immense power he would one day wield. Lyra, on the other hand, had a calm and serene presence, her eyes reflecting the wisdom of the stars.

Goku grinned widely, "Welcome to the world, little ones! You've got some amazing parents."

Vegeta, trying to hide his own emotions, added, "They'll be strong warriors, no doubt about it."

As the first light of dawn broke, Broly and Cheelai knew their lives had changed forever. They had brought new life into the universe, and with it, a new hope. Rogan and Lyra, the children of Broly and Cheelai, would grow up surrounded by love and strength, ready to face whatever challenges the future held.

However, as night fell once more, something extraordinary happened. The full moon rose high in the sky, its light bathing the Capsule Corp grounds. Rogan and Lyra, still infants, began to stir. Their eyes glowed with an intense light, and their tiny bodies started to grow and transform.

Goku, Vegeta, and the others watched in astonishment as the twins transformed into Oozarus, giant ape-like creatures with immense power. Vegeta, recognizing the transformation, quickly stepped forward, his own Saiyan instincts kicking in.

"Everyone, stay back!" Vegeta warned, his voice firm but calm.

Despite their massive size and power, Rogan and Lyra did not recognize anyone. Their roars were filled with confusion and fear, and they began to thrash about, causing destruction around them. Cheelai, too exhausted from childbirth, could only watch in horror as her children rampaged.

"We have to do something!" Bulma shouted, her voice filled with urgency.

Vegeta nodded, his face set with determination. "We need to cut off their tails. It's the only way to stop the transformation."

With swift precision, Goku and Vegeta moved in. Using their energy blasts, they carefully severed the tails of Rogan and Lyra. The transformation reversed almost immediately, and the twins reverted to their normal forms, exhausted and unconscious.

Broly rushed to his children, holding them close. Tears streamed down Cheelai's face as she whispered words of comfort from her bed. "It's okay, my loves. You're safe now."

Bulma quickly moved to examine the twins, ensuring they were unharmed. "They'll be fine," she said, her voice soothing. "We'll make sure this doesn't happen again."

As the night came to a close, Broly and Cheelai held their children close, grateful for the support of their friends. They knew that raising Saiyan children would come with its challenges, but with their family by their side, they were ready for anything.

And so, under the watchful gaze of their friends and the rising sun, the family embraced their new beginning, knowing that together, they could overcome anything.

A/N: This event happens between the Superhero Saga and the Peaceful World Saga. Know that since the time doesn't measure up, so Cheelai was pregnant during the Superhero Saga (Of course, this is only in this story and not Canon Material).

Everyone's power level is slightly higher than their Canon-counterpart. Additionally, just so the power scaling makes sense, let's say that Goku during the Tournament of Power was Multiversal (It's your choice if you scale him higher, but for those who want to downplay the series, don't worry, I'll make this story seem as if my scaling is the bare minimum).
