5 - Lights, Camera- SPARKS!?

Just realized I haven't been inserting the Scott Pilgrim opening, sorry !

NARRATOR POV

The following documentary began as a behind-the-scenes promotional featurette for the release of the major Canadian motion picture Scott Pilgrim's Precious Little Life.

Unfortunately, during the process, the movie fell apart. This footage now stands as a first-hand account of how the movie making dream can become.. a nightmare.

Back to the before, famous star- Envy Adams was sat in a chair beside her beloved rockstar boyfriend- Todd Ingram. Envy played Ramona Flowers in the film, while Todd played Scott Pilgrim in the film.

"Is it true neither of you have acted before?" The weird interviewer in front of them, asked. "Yes, but we're very, very famous, and that's basically the same thing." Envy answered confidently. 

YESTERDAY NIGHT, AT DINNER..

"Lucas Lee's canceled, damn." A person in their mid-ish 20s spoke, Y/n. They were currently eating fruit for dinner, not bothered to grab anything else before sleep to work at the movie studio.

Just so, a vibration came from beside them. They looked down at the small grey flip-phone, unknown caller I.D.. They pick it up, answering the call and putting it directly at their ear.

"Hello, who is this?" Y/n asked to the other side of the line, before their face goes into slight realization. "Ah, hey Roxie." Y/n greeted, leaning back against the couch, before engaging in a conversation with blonde female half-ninja.

YOUR POV

No one told you, that being an intern around a movie set.. is a pain in the- nevermind, just a pain. I've been pretty much doing lots of things for everyone, most of the time- it would be Envy. While Envy sometimes depended on Ramona for her own chores.

Today, another scene was gonna be shot for the movie. And I was here to watch, hopefully- Envy won't give me another task, or just asking me to hangout with her for coffee drinks when I've had enough drinks, or trying to convince me to smoke in the back, when we literally have work right after.

God, it sounds like we're secretly hooking up..

I stood at the side, before hearing a familiar sounds of skates slide into the set as they discussed about the set. Ramona skating onto the set itself.

"Hold it," Envy interrupts the director, looking over at Ramona. "No stunts today." Envy uttered strictly. "I just wanted to ask Todd-" "You're not wanted here Ramona."

"Todd is busy, we're acting, okay? So skate on."

Envy gave a glare at Ramona, who hesitantly looked at Todd, but did as Envy told her anyway, leaving the set- and overall, the room. While in the background, Young Neil talked to the same camera man behind the scenes.

"INTERN-! I NEED SOME HELP HERE!" 

Ah great, another request, or favor. "I'm coming over!" I quickly follow to where the voice came from on the set.
