Don't you dare call me darling

"Meet Mr.Vansh our new co owner of Queensland he will be managing the restaurant for another year from now

" What" I shouted.

" Yes, and Vansh meet Ms. Kriti sen our head chef" uncle said

" Yeah we had a pretty good introduction" He chuckled

"Fucker" I murdered

" Can I have a word with you uncle " I asked while staring at him.

Sure give me a minute, darling he replied.

I was fuming with anger. How can he take such a big decision without even having a word with me .

After a minute uncle meet me at the kitchen

In Spite of owning many restaurants in town, I have also been fascinated by Queensland, over a span of a few years they are doing incredibly well, the restaurant remains booming all the time. People are crazy for their taste . One of the main reasons was their head chef Kriti sen a renowned chef, I had offered her for work but she had always denied.I had heard about her but  never got the opportunity to meet her, apart from her culinary skills she was also famous for her attitude and stubbornness

Last week when I got a call from uncle John seeking my help I couldn't deny it, he has been a family friend of ours for decades . In fact he was the one who inspired me in the restaurant business but before I could take charge I want to know about the staff like their positive and negative aspects. Everyone seemed good and easy to handle until I met Kriti, She broke my perception.

Kriti is an attractive woman. She was in her chef's attire when she walk out of the kitchen, her hair covered with a head cap, she was fair, with beautiful eyes , a bit of broad but straight nose followed by pink fuller lips. Her body was curvy and cheeks were chubby with pinkish blush on them which made her look super cute but God the attitude and sass she carries is something else.

In Queensland kitchen

Kriti's pov

" What was that uncle", I asked while glaring at him

"What was what"? darling

"How can you decide such a big thing without even talking to me "

"It is just a matter of one year sweety" I will be back by the end of it.

" But were are you going" I asked curiously

" I am going to States to spend some time with my grandchildren" He said it with a cute smile on his face

"Still uncle I don't wish to work under that arrogant person" I said it in an angry tone.

" Don't judge him by this one incident, he is the most humble and genuine person, more over he is  one of the top business man in the town he owns, many reputed restaurant, you will get to learn from him, so don't miss this opportunity" He said

I thought for a second  lauching a restaurant of my own was always my dream so, it would great opportunity to work under him

"Okay, but I Won't tolerate him if he ever comments on my culinary skills ,make that point clear to him"

"Definitely" Enjoy your day, uncle said while leaving the kitchen

After a Vansh had called everyone for a staff meeting to have a introductory meeting which I skipped and continued chopping the vegetables .

After a while I heard someone approching me from back ,the minute I felt the heat behind my cheeks, I turned around immediately pushing him towards the wall pointing the knife againt his throat .

"Ohhh ohhh! Relax darling it me Vansh your new boss"

Vansh's  pov

As I did't find her in the meeting, I went to the kitchen looking for her.

I thought of scaring her a bit but she was quick enough to pin me to the wall while pointing a knife at him

" What the hell are you doing here" She yelled still pointing the knife towards me

"I came to meet you" While trying to push the knife far from me

" What do you what" ? She glared at me

" Now as we are working together we need to know each other, but you skipped the meeting so I came down looking for you darling " I said curving my lips a bit

" Don't you dare to call me darling again " she shouted pushing the knife little more towards me

"Okay okay relax I was just trying to have a normal introduction but I think I am okay with the previous one " I said in a keeping my tone calm

"You can manage the other parts of the restaurant but don't you dare to interfer in my kitchen affairs" I said while released him

" Hmm I think I am ok with that because your culinary skills are quite impressive but you need learn how to behave " I said

The way you treated me is not gonna work with other and I am not gonna tolerate any kind of nuisance at my work place I continued keep my voice rough and a bit loud

She thought for a second I think she understood  .

"Fine" she said but there was still anger in her tone.

"Good, then I guess its gonna be fun working with darling " I said giving her a hand shaking while winking my eye

"Don't call me" that she shouted as I left .

Such a jerk she murmured
