*Deep beneath the surface, a forgotten world slumbered-a vast, dimly lit office, sterile and silent save for the hum of outdated technology. Rows of cubicles stretched endlessly, creating a labyrinth of faded desks and worn-out chairs*
*The glow of a single computer screen stood out in the gloom, displaying a serene beach scene. Waves rolled lazily across the shore, warm sunlight illuminating a peaceful horizon, an illusion of tranquility in this underground tomb. Bright sticky notes clung to the edges of the monitor, their colors cheerful yet out of place in such a stifling, unnatural setting*
*Yet, this fragile serenity wasn't meant to last*
*Without warning, the fluorescent lights above flickered. It started with a faint buzzing sound, a barely perceptible tremor in the air, before the lights went dark one by one, plunging the office into an oppressive shadow*
*The dull thuds of the shutting lights echoed through the empty cubicles like a heartbeat growing fainter, more erratic. The contrast between the once-bright screen and the deepening darkness became unnerving, as if the monitor's idyllic image mocked the terror creeping in*

*In one of the cubicles, huddled in the corner with her knees drawn to her chest, a Worker Drone sat frozen in terror. Her synthetic skin gleamed faintly in the pale light cast by the nearby screen, her eyes wide and filled with dread*
