In the quiet hum of dawn, Kyera awoke with the peculiar sensation that the world around her was not quite as it seemed. Little did she know, this morning would mark the beginning of a journey beyond the confines of reality, as she stumbled upon a truth that would unravel the very fabric of her existence.

She questions why each day seems to go by so quickly as it passes and occasionally forgets what occurred to her. simply like a character in a book she reads, she simply remembered the significant events. Her desire to become a writer seems unattainable because she feels so empty and lost. Every day, she eats, sleeps, reads, and deals with people who are merely bystanders of her life.

One night, Kyera closed her eyes because she was tired, but her thoughts were still racing. When she opened them a moment later, she was startled to see that it was already morning and the sun was shining on her face. One month had passed since she shut her eyes, based on her calendar.

Even though Kyera is puzzled right now, she can still go about her daily activities. While working, she notices someone approaching who seems to connect with her and has experienced an emotion that is both familiar and foreign to her. She simply stared at his face, but he noticed it and turned to face her, saying, "Oh, hi Kyera, it's been a while. I remember it's already five years and I'm sorry that I've left you for my studies." Kyera's smile replaced his menacing stare. Her feelings, however, were difficult to read.

Kyera’s mind raced as she tried to piece together the mystery of the missing month and the identity of this man who seemed to know her. “Five years?” she repeated softly, her voice barely above a whisper. The man’s face was a jigsaw puzzle she couldn't quite solve, but there was something undeniably familiar in his eyes.

“Well,” he said, extending his hand with a friendly gesture, “it’s really good to see you again. I’ve missed our conversations.”

As Kyera hesitated, she glanced around, noticing the subtle changes in her surroundings. The once-familiar office seemed different, as if reality itself was shifting subtly. Intrigued and cautious, she took his hand, feeling a strange but comforting warmth. “I’m not sure I remember you,” she confessed. “But your presence feels significant.”

He smiled, though his eyes held a depth that suggested he understood her confusion. “Maybe it’s time you started unravel some of those memories. There’s much more to your story than you know.”

As they talked, Kyera couldn't help but wonder if this encounter was the key to understanding her elusive past and her current sense of detachment. Her quest for clarity had begun, and with this mysterious figure by her side, she was about to delve deeper into a reality she barely understood.
