As the reception continued, Khushi and Arnav found themselves slipping away from the crowd, seeking a moment of calm amidst the celebrations. They stepped outside to the balcony, the night air cool and refreshing."I needed that," Arnav said, leaning against the railing. "Thanks for making me dance."Khushi smiled, her heart swelling with happiness. "I'm glad you enjoyed it! You have to let loose more often, Arnav Ji."He chuckled softly, glancing at her with sincerity. "You know, there's something about you that makes it easy to forget my worries.""Really? I thought I was just a source of chaos!" Khushi teased, playfully nudging him."Maybe, but it's a good chaos," he replied, his tone earnest. "You bring a different energy to everything. I've noticed that."Khushi looked at him, Arnav surprised by his honesty. "You really think so?""Absolutely," he said, leaning slightly closer. "You have this way of making everything feel vibrant and alive. It's refreshing."A blush crept onto Khushi's cheeks as she processed his words. "I just try to make the best of every moment. Life is too short to be serious all the time."Arnav nodded, his gaze fixed on her. "That's something I admire about you. You don't let the pressures of life weigh you down.""Well, sometimes it's hard," Khushi admitted, looking down at her hands. "I mean, I want to be strong and cheerful for everyone, especially for my family. But there are days when it feels overwhelming."Arnav's expression shifted to one of understanding. "I get that. I feel that way too. Sometimes, I wear this facade to meet everyone's expectations, but it's exhausting.""You don't have to do that," Khushi encouraged gently, meeting his eyes. "You can be yourself. It's okay to be vulnerable."Arnav took a deep breath, contemplating her words. "It's just hard for me to show that side. I've always felt the need to be the strong one."Khushi tilted her head, intrigued. "Why? What made you feel that way?"He paused, the weight of her question lingering in the air. "Family expectations, I suppose. My parents always had high hopes for me, and I've tried to live up to them. But sometimes, I wonder if they know the real me.""Have you ever told them how you feel?" Khushi asked, her voice soft."No, not really. I'm afraid of disappointing them," Arnav confessed, his eyes clouding with doubt. "I feel like if I don't meet their expectations, I'm failing."Khushi stepped closer, her heart aching for him. "You won't fail them by being yourself. They love you for who you are, not just for your achievements."Arnav looked at her, searching her eyes. "You really believe that?""I do. Love is unconditional," Khushi affirmed, her voice filled with conviction. "You deserve to be loved for being authentically you. And if they truly care, they will understand."He smiled faintly, a flicker of hope igniting in his chest. "You're an incredible person, Khushi. Thank you for believing in me."Khushi shrugged, a playful smile dancing on her lips. "It's easy to believe in someone who has so much potential. You just need to see it in yourself."Arnav chuckled lightly, the tension in his shoulders easing. "Maybe you're right. I just need a little push sometimes.""Then I'll be your push!" she declared confidently. "You can count on me!"As they stood together on the balcony, the sounds of laughter and music from the reception floated through the air, but in that moment, it felt as though they were in their own world."You know," Khushi said, glancing up at the stars, "I used to dream of having a big wedding, surrounded by love and laughter. But what I cherish most is the connection with the people I love."Arnav watched her, captivated. "And what about your dreams beyond this wedding? What do you see for your future?"Khushi turned to him, her expression thoughtful. "I want to create a life filled with joy and creativity. I want to make my boutique a reality, to celebrate the culture I love. And I want to share that joy with others.""You'll make it happen," he replied, his voice steady and sure. "You have the determination to turn your dreams into reality."Khushi smiled, encouraged by his belief in her. "Thank you, Arnav Ji. It means a lot to me."Just then, Anjali reappeared, a twinkle in her eye. "What are you two lovebirds doing out here? The dance floor is calling!"Khushi giggled, while Arnav rolled his eyes playfully. "We were just having a deep conversation, you know, about life and dreams."Anjali grinned, clearly intrigued. "Oh, I see! Well, come on! You need to join the others before they think you've run away!""Alright, alright," Khushi laughed, as Arnav extended his hand toward her.As they returned to the reception, Khushi felt lighter, invigorated by their conversation. Arnav walked beside her, their hands brushing occasionally, sending sparks of electricity through her.Once back on the dance floor, the atmosphere was electric, filled with joy and celebration. Khushi couldn't help but get swept up in the moment, pulling Arnav back into the lively dancing.
