Chapter 23---The performance 🔺

The day finally came, the performance which will destined Daniel's and Mi-Rae's future in the music industry is finally here.

All these time both of them were preparing so hard their songs, they wanted to be flawless infront of the companies representatives, but also infront of their families.

Right now, the two kids are in their school with their families, waiting for the performance to start.

"How are you feeling guys?" Lisa asked them with a soft smile.

Mi-Rae and Daniel looked at her, "We are ok...I guess..." Mi-Rae replied reluctantly.

"I'm sure you'll be amazing...you both have a natural talent on singing, you should enjoy it at the stage like your other classmates." Rosè tried to reassure them.

"Yes...the problem is our classmates don't know that music companies are in the crowd, so of course are more relaxed than us..." Daniel said, he's anxiety starting kicking in.

"Hey..." Jungkook put his hand on his son shoulder, noticing his nervousness, "it's not the end of the world if you don't get picked..."

"You can try again later in a normal audition..." he wanted for the kids to realize that they will have another chance if they don't make it...they shouldn't give up at the first time.

Both of them took a big breath trying to release some stress. "Hey...the whole point of this hidden audition was for you not be anxious and enjoy it..." Jimin said.

"Forget the audition and enjoy! You don't have a lot of chances to sing infront of a crowd!" Jimin added while smiling.

"You won't be disappointed if we fail?" Mi-Rae asked, looking at her parents and Lisa and Jungkook.

"Of course not!" Lisa exclaimed loudly, "We are so proud of you guys from the fact that you're so dedicated to accomplish your dreams!"

"Yeah! It means nothing to us if you fail because we know how talented you are!" Rosè added.

"And believe us...you have more potentials than many other trainees in companies...you have more potential than we had when we became trainees!!" Jimin added and joked about themselves.

Daniel and Mi-Rae chuckled at Jimin's comment, "Thank you dad..." Mi-Rae said and hugged Jimin tightly.

Jimin replied by putting his hands around his daughter with a soft smile. Rosè was adoring her husband and her daughter, until they dragged her inside their little embrace.

"Ohhh...they are so cute!" Lisa exclaimed with adoration. She looked at her son with a pout and Daniel glanced back at her.

"Don't look at me like that! There are too many people out here!" He said to his mom while chuckling.

"Oh! Is that so?" Lisa said with a smirked and engulfed her son in a tight hug.

"Oh! Dad...please help me!" Daniel said with difficulty between his mother's arms, trying to control his breathing.

"If you insist..." Jungkook shrugged his shoulders and hugged Daniel too. He was now sandwiched between his parents.

"Oh! For the lord of..." Daniel closed his eyes, trying to hide his embarrassment. The Park family was laughing uncontrollably.

When they let him breath again, he glared at his parents. "Now don't look at me like that Danny...I just wanted to hug my son..." Lisa teased him.

Daniel rolled his eyes but immediately felt a soft bang on his head. He turned around and saw Jin smirking towards him and the rest of the blacktan family.
