As the sun rose on December 26th, the elves returned to their daily job of making toys, a majority of whom had hit the eggnog and partied pretty wildly the night before. Meanwhile, the older reindeer were still getting some massages while the young reindeer started training for the big flight, practicing their running and flying techniques in the field outside the reindeer barn. Knowing how things would be pretty hectic when Christmas came around again, Santa and Mrs. Claus were spending some good quality time together, even discussing and planning their next vacation for the summer. It seemed like almost everything was back to normal at the North Pole, with the only exception being how happy Bobby was since Beverly was living with him. It may have been 35 degrees outside, but Bobby and Beverly were happily warm as they snuggled together in bed, in a cocoon of blankets and love while wearing their onesies.

Even though Beverly woke up before Bobby did, she didn't want to leave the safety she felt in Bobby's arms, especially since her head was resting on his shoulder. With that in mind, she simply gazed at her lover's face and smiled, especially when she considered how lucky she was to be with him. She was just a young woman who thought she wouldn't be using her mistletoe back home, but wound up getting the most perfect surprise for Christmas, and she couldn't be happier. He looked so peaceful while they were nestled together in bed, with his silky-smooth black hair pushed up by the hood of his onesie and messed around from all their cuddling, and she was fighting the urge to giggle at his soft and melodious snores when he - somehow sensing her movement - gripped her tighter, making her squeal as he started to wake up. As his eyes started to flutter open, Bobby's smile grew when he gazed at the angel in his arms before softly kissing her forehead.

"Good morning, precious..."

Bobby chuckled in a deep voice that could melt any heart in the vicinity, as well as any snowmen, and both could be said regarding Beverly as she swooned in his arms. With a twinkle in his ivy-green eyes, Bobby held Beverly close and smiled as she returned his greeting before she rested her head on his chest, where she listened to his heartbeat and thought for a moment that it was beating to "Jingle Bells." As he pulled down her onesie's hood and ran his fingers through her shoulder-length auburn hair, Bobby smiled as he gazed down at his sweetheart before they started talking about anything and nothing, just like they did while sharing cider back at her house. They might have been total strangers before Christmas Eve, but with how comfortable they had grown ever since they met, they were talking with each other like old friends.

That was definitely what Santa and Mrs. Claus saw when they peeked in while passing by Bobby's room, and after exchanging "good morning" greetings with each other, all the Clauses were happy with how well Beverly fit in their family. With her childlike innocence and love for the season, Beverly made everyone around her as she was whenever Bobby was by her, and she was glad that she made the move to the North Pole. Even though they hated to be apart, Beverly and Bobby both agreed that it was time for them to eat, so they pulled away and went to get dressed for the day. Once Beverly was in her new winter-patterned shirt-dress outfit while Bobby was in a comfortable turtleneck with black stretch pants, the two of them linked arms at the bedroom door before heading down to brunch with Santa and Mrs. Claus. After a delicious meal, Bobby and Beverly made sure they were bundled up in warm layers before he took her on a tour of the North Pole, showing her the sights and sounds of her new home.
