I think I haven't mentioned this but a couple nights ago I had really really bad nightmares where my friend died and when I woke up I was completely convinced she was actually dead for about 45 minutes. When I got ready for the day I still had that little voice in the back of my head saying she was really dead but that I a day I got to see her so I just told myself she was fine and I would see her that night. Turns out she is on a vacation so I didn't see her that night and I was panicking for another 15 minutes until someone told me she was just on a vacation. I thought oh well I will see her Sunday but I didn't see she today either because she got sick so that little voice was still at the back of my head saying she died.
The little voice at the back of my head was also telling me its my fault because I only bit myself 6 times on each hand and not 7.
