Hadrian Evans: The son of Hades

Chapter 1

Lily Evans was sitting on a hillside, staring at her friends and her 'husband'. She and James Potter had only gotten married by paperwork so that James and Sirius Black could have their relationship in secret. She and James were just friends.

As she stared, Sirius and James were laying on the hillside a little away, James in Sirius's arms while they pointed out cloud shapes and laughing happily. A little beyond them, in the shade of a tree, leaning against the trunk, sat her best friends, Remus Lupin and Severus Snape. Lily saw the two 21 year old boys, Remus's arm going around Severus and holding a book infront of them, reading aloud while Severus leaned against him, his head on his boyfriend's shoulder, his eyes glued on the book. As Lily watched, Remus lifted Severus's chin and planted a kiss on his lips.

In that moment, Lily felt utterly hopeless and alone.

Suddenly, she heard a bark and she looked at Sirius and James at too see a black dog and a stag were chasing each other. Apparently, they had caught the attention of Remus and Severus too because the two had looked up and were laughing at their silliness. Lily smiled fondly. She knew that she loved them. Her true family. She pulled a quill, ink and a pad of paper from her rucksack which lay beside her and continued her Novel.

A few days later

Lily was at a bar when she saw a stranger, in a black suit, pale skin, dark hair. The stranger approached her.

"Hello darling, you seem lonely, " he smiled and she could sense he was flirting with her.

"Yes well, a loveless life is not really a life now is it?" She sighed. She had to admit, she was smitten by him.

"Mind if i join you?" Asked the stranger.

"Not at all. I'm Lily, " she said.

"Hades, " nodded the man as he sat down. She raised an eyebrow but he said no more. They drank for hours and somehow ended up in a hotel room. What followed, would change Lily's life forever.

Two months later

Lily stared at her result of the pregnancy charm in shock. She was pregnant. She had to tell James.

"James?" She asked shakily. James, Remus, Sirius and Severus were all in the living room.

"Yes Lils?" He asked.

"I'm pregnant."

"WHAT?!" Both James and Sirius shouted incredulously and Sirius scrambled away from James.

"HOW?!" Demanded James, looking more than a little hurt as Sirius rushed away from him.

"Siri i swear that can't be my child, we never did anything!" He defended as he looked at Sirius.

"He's telling the truth Siri, the twins aren't his, " said Lily.

"TWINS?"

"Chill and i'll explain everything."

And she did. She told them everything, the pale handsome stranger in the black suit, the drinks and going to a hotel room.

"Oh.." Said Sirius, glancing at James.

"Yup, " said Lily.

James was upset and wasn't even looking in his boyfriend's direction and everyone around them noticed that. Remus nudged Sirius then gestured to James.

"Jamie..." Said Sirius softly but he was ignored.

"Jamie please, i'm sorry, i shouldn't have doubted you, " said Sirius as he moved to sit next to James who turned to look at him.
