S:2 He's What!

Hiromi woke up in the middle of the night, feeling a bit off.

He sat up in bed and reached for his glass of water on the bedside table. Just as he took a sip, he felt a pair of arms wrap around him from behind. It was Akito. "Are you alright?" Akito asked, concern lacing his voice. Hiromi shrugged, "I don't know honey. I just feel weird." Akito sat up and turned on the bedside lamp. He placed a hand on Hiromi's forehead and felt that it was warm. He then proceeded to take his temperature and found that it was slightly elevated. "Ever since we went to the theatre with Yuki and Shioto I kept vomiting. I didn't really think it was a big deal. Hiromi says in distress. "Aw cherry, you should have said something. I would have made you something nice to eat but somebody decided to eat all the snacks and sweets this week" "Yes I know, I was just starving" Hiromi chuckles. "Well you know your great husband is a pro chef, ask me anything if you are hungry" Akito says smirking.
"But anyways, Looks like you have a fever, my love," Akito said, worry creeping into his tone. Hiromi was surprised. He hadn't even noticed that he was sick. 

Akito suggested they go back to bed and see how he feels in the morning. Hiromi agreed and curled up against Akito's chest, feeling comforted by his presence. Throughout the whole night, Akito would rub Hiromi's back and stomach to help ease his discomfort. The next day, Akito was getting ready to drive Hiromi to the doctor's office. But just as they were about to leave, Hiromi suddenly vomited in the car. Akito didn't get mad or upset. Instead, he was even more concerned and immediately took Hiromi to the hospital. Hiromi couldn't help but think about graduation day, which was just a few days away. He wasn't sure if he would be well enough to attend. As they were walking in, Hiromi passed out on the floor. Others looked around While Doctors and staff were coming in, picking Hiromi up.
"HIROMI, I'm right here honey, I'm right here. Akito says letting Hiromi know he isn't going anywhere. Akito is in the waiting room shaking in fear of losing Hiromi. 
After an Hour A doctor came in and advised him to walk with him to his office. "Good Morning Mr. Tawayaki, I know it's scary" Akito was fazed out unable to talk. "May I know your relation to uhh" The doctor says in confusion. "H-hiro, Hiromi Kunazawa, He is my Mate. Akito says lifting up his eyes towards the doctor. 

"Is he going to be okay?" Akito questions."Oh yes, He will be perfectly fine, actually that is why I brought you in here. "What's going on with him" Akito questions. "Well, you see Hormone levels naturally change throughout a person's lifetime. For example, both males and females experience a surge in sex hormones during puberty and a decrease in sex hormone levels as they age and-

Akito seemed to stop him in his tracks "If he is well and okay, what is the problem"

"Well if Hiromi would like to try Hormone therapy with testosterone it may decrease fertility, However, it's still possible to become pregnant while taking testosterone, even if he experience changes in his menstrual cycle. This is because while testosterone can affect f-"Wait, wait PREGNANT? "WHY DIDN'T YOU SAY THAT FROM THE START" Akito yells in frustration. "Well it is my job to explain further details and calm a client" The Doctor says. "Is that even possible?" Akito questions. "Its Possible but at the same time it isn't" The doctor says in response. Soon the word silence had spread out the room. "How long" Akito ask." Only 3 weeks left" The doctor responded. A lady had just came in letting the doctor know "The patient has woken up sir"

"Thank you, Ready to see him?" The doctor questions. "Of course, I have been waiting long enough" Akito says rushing out. Hiromi is eating ice cream and Jelly calmly while smiling not knowing of the situation. And this makes Aktios stress go down, seeing he is alright and well."Akito" Hiromi says lifting his arms up. "Hey my cherry, how are you feeling? He questions. "I feel fine I guess, But The doctors wouldn't say anything but give me medication, but when I told them I was starving they went and got me sweets and stuff" Hiromi says with a smile."I'm glad my love, eat a lot because your gonna need it. Akito says with a chuckle. "Hello Hiromi, I am Doctor M, Would you like to know what going on?" He questions.

Akito had a smirk on his face thinking about a lot of things. After the explanation Hiromi is in tears wondering how it's even possible, hugging Akito."We are having a family of our own Hiro, our own". Akito smiles brushing the side of Hiromi's hair. After being released sometime in the afternoon. the sun was getting ready to set down. The two had looked at each other in the car and had laughed with joy.
