Taylors POV

2019

We made our way to Travis car, a red cabriolet as i discovered while a little smirk tugged at the edges of my lips. He had always wanted one of those, ever since he was a little kid and the knowledge that he had managed to make enough money to buy one in his young years put a smile on my face.

i always knew once Travus put his mind behind something it was basically already his. he could get anything he wanted with ease and charm and as he held the door open for me, the smile that spread across his lips reminded me of what those lips could do.

it had been so many years since I had last seen him, since his lips had been on mind in a bitter sweet goodbye and god even tho i had tasted others afterwards nothing had compared to him.

„thank you sir" i grinned as i got inti the passenger seat and fastened my seatbelt as he jogged around the car to get into the drivers.

„any time malady" he joked as he stirred the car onto the street, lowering the ceiling so the fresh autumn air caressed my face as he pulled onto the high way, and I couldn't help but pull the pin out of my hair, letting it fall freely and undone only to be picked up and caressed by the wind again.

„this is awesome!" i grinned, leaning out of the window further to get more wind, a strong hand winding around my waist to make sure i didn5 fall out. god i hadn't been touched I'm such a long time even this gesture of caring and security sent shivers down my spine and the large strong hands of Travis didn't help the little ache that started to form between my thighs.

he had grown so strong, so beautiful and I just knew even after what happened all those. years ago, he stood over it and he was still my best friend.

„sit back down daisy, you'll hurt yourself." he smiled, carefully pulling me back in by the loop of my jeans and god I couldn't deny how hot his effortless display of strength was.

After giving him my address I just relaxed and went on to play with the radio, eventually blasting country songs we had listened to as children through the speakers of the car and the little smile of Travis face made it all worth it.

soon enough he parked his car before my house, looking around and his knowing grin landed on the one with the dark red painted door with a cat door in it.

„of course you brought those demons along Daisy" he chuckled while he shook his head and even thought i should have been offended at his referral to my kids by „demons" I couldn't help but grin myself. Travis had gotten me my first cat, much to my parents dismay, when I turned 17, the second one following just a year later and so Meredith became a big sister to Olivia.

I had thought a long time about getting a third one so the both of them wouldn't get too crookie around each other but I hadn't gotten to it lately and to be honest if I got one now it would only be a replacement for the kid I so desperately wanted to have. I was about to turn 30 after all and the time was ticking critically.

„I'm sure the demons missed my bear" I grinned teasing Travis with the nick name I had given him in high school, that had been adapted by his football colleagues. not many fitting nick names fir a 6'6 football player that was already growing a beard at the soft age of 16.but just like him the beard seemed to have grown up.

it wasn't any longer to show how mature he was for his age but now he was mature, the beard played into his rough masculinity just as his brought shoulders and string arms did and some part of my brain wandered to the image of a shirtless Travis now. was he like jake, with a good bard but unable to grow body hair?

I had secretly always joked Jake looked like a naked vat someone  had put a beard on, ofc never let him hear it tho, or did the undine button on the top of his shirt promise many chest hair, perfect to sink ones hands into it while riding his- mind. gutter. Taylor.

" I like when you call me yours" Travis murmured quietly and the little hair on the back of my neck stood up immediately, the quiet words murmured into my neck sending goosebumps all over my body.

"keep it in your pants Kelce" I joked back but really I didn't want that at all. I couldn't explain why but since the night we had spent together 8 years ago I couldn't remember another one that had felt like this. It had just been one night and yet it was more memorable than any of the hundreds of nights I had spent with Jake.

Travis just chuckled behind me and I unlocked the door, my keys jiggling in the process while I could feel his gaze flickering around. I was proud of the home I created for myself and my furry children. I had renovated the little home by myself and repainted and worked most furniture manually.

As soon as the door opened Olivia or well Dibbles as I liked to call her came running, meowing for me her infamous call that could only mean one thing.

"what the hell mom why did you stay out or go out or dare to have a live instead of feeding me nonstop even tho I'm already too heavy but fuck the vet and give me snacks."

I mumbled almost under my breath as I always did and only the booming laugh behind me reminded me that I wasn't alone and heat shot into my cheeks but instead of being laughed at I felt Travis strong arms wrap around my waist from behind, his face burred in my hair as he mumbled into my ear.

"I'm glad you haven't changed Daisy." He murmured quietly and a weird sensation spread through m stomach, moving down straight to my core and a shudder shook my body while I heard my door being softly kicked shut.

"believe it or not Daisy but this is exactly what I always thought your home would look like" he smiled letting go of me but the sensation never faded. Travis took a step further into my home and his hand rand along the hand painted wall paper with little daisies painted on it. t was my own way to keep him in my life even when we weren't talking after the events of my 18th birthday.

I smiled guiding him into the kitchen I had painted dark green , pouring some cat food in a bowl and putting it down, where it was immediately demolished by the cats immediately before I reached into the cupboard and started to make tea, Travis presence both a blessing and a curse but at least this way I could pretend the flaming red color of my cheeks stem from the heat of the water boiler and not his close proximity.

"so are you.. are you seeing anyone?" I finally managed to get past my lips , the question that had been resting on my mind this whole time. I knew it wasn't my pace to ask, nor care but I couldn't help it , I just had to know.

"single like a pringle, daisy" he popped the p as he leant against the counter and I could feel his eyes scanning my face up and down.

"why so interest are you flirting with me, miss swift?" he asked dramatically , clutching his chest and I couldn't help but smile at him. Yeah he was my silly bear, even after all these years.

"doesn't look like you mind much, Mr. Kelce" I shot back teasing as I gestured with the spoon I used to stir the tea at Travis, who stepped closer to me, taking a hold of the spoon and starting eye contact with me , his green eyes so intense I wanted but could never look away.

"stop playing games with me daisy, I know something is on your mind and if you don't tell me now I will be forced to tickle it out of you and we both know the last time I did that you nearly pissed yourself so, how about you just tell me."

My eyes widened at the threat and before I could think much more I blurted out with what had held my mind captive ever since I had seen him this morning.

"I-I want a baby from you"
