Chapter 16

Second Chance

Jeonghan's cheeks turned crimson. He panicked and started to look here and there avoiding Seungcheol's gace.

The older smirked seeing the vulnerable state of Jeonghan. He showed that he wasn't bothered by the younger looking at him or the current present of him in the room.

Seungcheol casually walked past Jeonghan and took his nightwear and slipped into it. (Didn't bother putting on a underwear 🤓)

"Are you sure? About sharing the bed?" Seungcheol asked again while drying his hair. The younger gulped again seeing the mirror where the image of Seungcheol was clear. First two button was undone which looked indeed hot.

"Hm... I-I am ok with that." Jeonghan stuttered at first but managed to say.

"But if you feel like not sharing, you can say." The younger nodded and put his phone on the side table when he saw Seungcheol joining him is the bed.

They were laying straight Seungcheol on the left side of bed while Jeonghan on the right side of the bed. The air was awkward until Seungcheol broke the silence.

"Jeonghan..."

"Hmm..." Jeonghan humed in a reply.

"What do you expect...... From this marriage... and me?" The older asked out of nowhere. Jeonghan was taken aback. First of all he was doing this for his parents. But now that he is clear about his past lover he was ready to give his love to someone else.

"Love... True Love." Jeonghan spoke after taking a few minutes. "I want to marry someone, who loves me truly." Jeonghan's lips were curved in a smile.

"Then... Marry me, I'll show you what true love calls." Jeonghan's heart flutter hearing that. He smiled and turned towards the older who was looking at the celling.

"C-can I hug you? H-hyung." Jeonghan seemed hesitating.

"I am all yours, from now on." With a sweet smile Seungcheol pulled the younger to his embrace. Jeonghan's body stiffened for a minute but eventually he relaxed and wrapped his hand around the older.

"What if you don't like me?" Jeonghan asked not looking at the older.

'I love you Jeonghan, more than anyone. I don't know what will I do, if I don't get you as mine.' Seungcheol thought as his grip tighten on the younger. "That sould be my question right?" Seungcheol chuckled.

Jeonghan wanted to ask something else too. "Can I ask you something?" The younger spoke again.

"Yes, you have all rights to ask me anything." Seungcheol reassured the younger's worries.

"Don't you wanna ask about what happened there?" Jeonghan asked about the incident happened Hyungwon.

"It's not like I don't wanna know. But it's upto you. Are you comfortable sharing it with me?" That make sense to Jeonghan. And his heart skipped once again. How blind he was for Hyungwon that he didn't noticed at first how good Seungcheol's heart was. (Sc be like :Only for you my baby,darling,sweety,angel.)

"He is my ex... and he cheated on me. That's why you are here. I mean my dad fixed this marriage." Seungcheol hummed with the flow. He already knew it all but needed to get along with Jeonghan.

Seungcheol was happy hearing the ex word. "C-can I ask something?" The older asked this time.

"Go on."

"Did he ever touched you badly? I mean you k-know, I am j-just asking." Seungcheol couldn't continue as Jeonghan cut off his talk.

"I didn't let him. I won't say that he never tried. But thanks to Josh... My first kiss is till safe." Seungcheol chuckled hearing the younger.

"Glad to hear that." The older nuzzled and rubbed their nose together when Jeonghan looked up at him. Jeonghan's heart fluttered again and his cheeks turned tint pink.

Seungcheol stopped when he noticed what he was doing. He paused and his hot breath was against the younger's lips. The dim light in the room can clearly show them eachother's face.

"C-can I?" The older asked looking at Jeonghan's lips. Their lips were inches apart. Jeonghan gulped thickly looking at Seungcheol's deep brown eyes.

He wanted to give up his promise not to kiss before marriage. But it wasn't Hyungwon. It was his future husband. They are gonna get married after five days.

Jeonghan looked at the slightly trembling lips of the older. They looks plumpy and soft. He was curious how would they taste? Jeonghan's lips got another inches closer.
