The Red Bishops (Seniors) versus The Black Pawns (Juniors) championship game.

It is almost a week after the field trip. Kong paanong nalagpasan nila ni Adrian ang unang linggo na yun na puro intriga at criticisms ay hindi niya alam. 

They just go with the flow, ika nga nila.

Tuwing uwian sa hapon ay isinasabay siya ng lalaki at madalas ay dumadaan sila sa gilid ng dagat. Pag napagod sa paglalakad lakad sa buhanginan ay saka lamang sila dederecho ng uwi.

Araw iyon ng martes. Alas dos ng hapon. 

The covered court was jampacked with spectators, not just St. Josephs students, but even from outside of the school. There were basketball enthusiasts from the whole city. Meron ding mga manonood coming from neighbouring colleges and high schools.

The Red bishops versus the black pawns are really the talked of the town basketball match. Everyone is thrilled to know who really the best is. Everyone had placed their own bets. Excitement had overflown the whole covered auditorium.

The cheering squad for the senior's team; are performing their cheer dance routine, nang dumating sila. Agad siyang nakita ni Adrian at hindi ito pumayag na hindi sila sa malapit pumuwesto. So wala siyang nagawa kundi ang umupo sa unang row na malapit sa bench ng team ni Adrian. The cheering squad has finished their performance.

The court Announcer has started the game by calling the names of every members of each team. The ussual basketball scene, isa isang pumapagitna bawat matawag na pangalan with their corresponding numbers at nag-aapir sa kanilang team mates.

Ang sumunod ay ang pagtawag sa first five players ng bawat kupunan and then the jump ball between the two team captains. Adrian is the captain ball of the juniors Black Pawn's; on the other hand Jericho Teng is the team captain of the seniors Red Bishops.

Before the game had start tumingin sa kanya si Adrian with a proud smile. Alex whisper good luck in the air. Adrian gets it and takes a nod, then focused.

The referee whistles and thrown the ball. Adrian jumps, malakas na natapik nito ang bola papunta sa team mate nitong point guard na si Dave (Jersey #I8). Their team got the ball. Adrian signaled all his team mates to get into their designated position as planned.

Mula sa labas Dave (jersey # I8) is dribbling the ball. Isang mabilis na pasa mula sa likod papunta sa center, Adrian (jersey #25) catch the ball, with his quick lay-up move, pasok ang bola.

Adrian got the first 2 points for the team. As usual, he always got the first shot of the game. Nagpatuloy ang laro. The first quarter ended I8-I5, in favor of the junior's Black Pawns.

In Jericho Teng's point of view, mahihirapan silang kalabanin ang grupo ni Adrian. Hindi maiwasang kabahan ni Echo sa nakikitang sigla ng paglalaro ni Adrian. Last years conference is really a huge embarrassment to him, na natalo ng isang sophomore team ang Juniors at seniors noon.

That is actually a first time in history ng basketball sa buong St. Joseph's na sophomore team ang nagchampion sa basketball game. Ngayong taon Adrian's team are now the Juniors at ang kanyang team ang nasa Seniors.

Masyadong malaki at masyadong malakas maglaro si Adrian, but Echo has a plan this time. Huling taon na niya sa high school at iyon ang kanyang huling tsansa to create name in basketball history in that prestigious High School.

Kung hindi niya kayang sirain ang laro ni Adrian by force He will resort to use emotion to destroy his play. 

Katatapos lang ng first quarter, lamang ang juniors, kong magpapatuloy ang ganda ng laro ni Adrian siguradong matatalo sila, at makukuha ulit nito ang most coveted MVP title. So that's it kailangan na niyang ilabas ang hawak niyang alas.
