As I saw the article a shiver ran through me .. well I was that scared maybe .I gulped hard .. I can feel a lump in my throat .I asked Annie for a glass of water

"Annie give me water please " I struggled to say

Annie rushed and poured me a glass of water "you okay mam ?" she asked

I gulped the water in one go and nodded .

"Annie is there any important meeting ?" I asked

" No mam today is nothing there " she said

"Check all the pending files and give me a report " I said as I stand up and went near the large glass window it kind of gave a full city view of New York .Tall buildings and cars and peoples and busy life some came here for making fortune while some are residents . In midst of all this ,I often found myself lost in this so big city ,No one of mine is hear in this city ,not only in this city but not in this world ,not even Danniel or Olivia . I sighed as I noticed a tall man wearing a black suit looks like a body guard . His face is not visible as he is wearing a black mask . Something was odd , but I cant figure out what

But soon I realize that it was like he was monitoring me , stalking me and his eyes they were dark green

I tried to shrug my thoughts and focus on my work

It was quite late at night when I was working on a file

Annie came with a cup of coffee

" mam its already very late , how long will it take ?" she asked

"You can go home " I said without looking up from my work

"Can you go home alone ?" she said

"of course I can am I a baby or what ?" I said almost glaring at her

she nodded " My boyfriend is here to pick me up "

I nodded . After Annie left I worked for more 1 hour and then I realized it is too late , I stood up took my car keys and went in the parking section to open my car just when someone from behind puts a handkerchief near my nose . I knew what I was suppose to do now and that is I should not breadth . I tried not breathing but I cant manage and I took a breathe and everything faded out

When I found my sense I was in a cold dark room , it looks like a basement . I need some water right now

I barely whispered 'water'

A tall man entered and gave me a glass of water , my hands were tied up , he made me drink it ....and then when I realized it , it was same those damn eyes which I saw that night but now it is not full of rage but its calm , I realized its emerald green eyes , He was wearing a black suit , his naturally body tan , his one arm whichever part is exposed it having tattoo and he have a slight scar in his face , a mole under his lips and I got lost in his eyes

He smirked and said in his husky cold voice with a chuckle "scared or amused princess ?"

I gulped , I can say his voice can make anyone wet, its like living in any fictional world , the kind of criminal love we read in books .

I just look at him and did not utter a word , I want to say many thing but I cant utter a single thing .

After my thirst in quenched he took the glass off my lips and looked at me and checked me out , I can feel a tickling feeling inside my stomach or my pussy ?

"princess you are suppose to take the case " he said in his raspy cold voice which will send shiver to anyone body

"are you cold princess ?" he asked seeing the goosebumps in my hands

I just managed to shake my head

he again said " then " this time with a little smirk

"I will not take your case "

He shook his head and let out a evil laugh ,"Why princess ?" he said in his same voice

"you are too obvious to be the criminal and I don't want to support a lie "

"You saw me that night didn't you ?" he said directly looking at my eyes
"Yes you saw me !that same eyes filled with horror and fear of life and welled up in tears "he said while gently touching my eye lashes

"You know what I can kill anyone to prove myself innocent but I cant kill you "

"And why so ?" I said

" you want to die ?" he asked

he took out his gun  and pointed at my chin , the cold metal tracing against my jawline

and he repeated again "You want to die princess ?" he said this line with a more deep voice

I shook my head

"Then you are taking the case princess "

I sighed and decided to take the case cause I knew nothing gonna work

"okay, but for god sake stop calling me princess "

He gave a evil laugh and brought the gun near my lips , the cold metal 's  tip tracing my lip line

"then what shall I call you princess ?" he said with a slight smirk

I rolled my eyes

"Do that again princess "he said with a serious tone

and i dare not to do that again

well I was scared to be honest

I knew my life will change now , I knew that but I don't know how ...
Will he kill me now?but one thing I u understood that is I have to take the case no matter what and I need to support a lie
