When Nathan woke up he noticed everyone sitting around a small fire, "Hey guys are you alright?" Max got up to help Nathan, "Ya, we're all okay. How are you feeling?" He pulled Nathan up and Nathan kept his head down, "I'll be fine, we need to start going as soon as we can." He looked around to find a way to continue, after a minute of looking he realized there were no corridors anywhere.

"Where are we?" He asked looking toward Max, he looked back at Nathan, "Well you had been asleep for a long time so we tried to keep going and we fell down a hole and ended up here." There was a long pause before any of them moved. "So we're stuck in here? We don't know how to get out?" Nathan asked looking up slightly, Max noticed something wrong.

"Woah dude, are you alright? Why are your eyes like that?" Max moved slowly toward Nathan, "Again with this Max? The fire is there because of my new power, now lets go!" He started to walk away and he heard the others pulling out their weapons, "Nathan, that thing. That Steven had. It replaced one of your eyes." Max said preparing to attack, "If you're being controlled by that.. Thing, then we need to kill you. There is no way any of us could survive you attacking with that power."

Nathan looked back at Max confused, "Wait, what are you talking about Max? There's nothing wrong with me!" As he yelled that he pulled out Cold and Hate and threw his arms up getting ready to slam the ground, Max bolted toward him and hit the scythes away, "Nathan stop! This isn't you!" Nathan fell to his knees crying, "Why are we doing this? We're risking our lives, our friendship, for something that could potentially be trying to make peace but we disturbed it."

Max put Thunder against Nathans neck, "I'm sorry but this isn't you and I'm not risking anything. I have to kill you." He pulled it back, closed his eyes, and swing as hard as he could. There was loud bang of metal against metal, they all looked toward the noise and Steven was standing in front of Nathan with Blunt against Thunder, "Steven?" Nathan said quietly, "What are you doing? Just let me die." Steven looked back at Nathan, "The covenant." He turned back toward Max and pushed against him, slamming him into a wall.

"Stop! What are you doing?!" Bradey screamed running toward Steven, he pulled Sledge out and pulled back to swing. Steven rolled to his side out of the way then kicked Bradey away, "You think you can beat me? Ha, I'd like to see that!" Steven yelled laughing. "Steven! Stop it now!" Nathan yelled as loud as he could, "I don't want you to be my slave!" There was a sudden burst of light from both of them, when the light went away they were both out cold.

Bradey looked over to them, "What happened?" "I don't know, but I think they're okay." Max replied getting up. "Well what do we do now? We can't just leave them here, we need them." Bradey said staring at them. Max inhaled deeply and sighed loudly, "Well no crap idiot, we just have to wait." He sat down and put his head in his arms resting. "Well what do we do 'till they wake up?" Bradey asked looking around. Max looked up at Bradey, "Find something I don't care, just don't bother them."
After what had seemed like an hour, Nathan woke up. He blinked seeing only a bright light, "Wh-what's going on? Am I dead?!" He started trying to move but couldn't. "Nathan! Just calm down and stay still! You aren't dead!" Max yelled holding his arms down, Bradey was sitting on Nathan's legs eating, "Ya man you've been asleep for like, an hour. I got hungry and some moles turned up, one scratched your arm and that's why Max is there."

Nathan relaxed his body waiting patiently, "Okay, but hurry I can't sit still very lo- AHHH!" He screamed out in pain. Max fall to the side off of him, Nathan grabbed his arm still screaming in pain, "Nathan! Hey! You can do this just resist it and make it through, you're strong enough you can make it!" Max started yelling as he moved to Nathan's side to try and find out what was wrong. Max had stitched Nathan's arm, but something had broken through them under his skin.

"What the hell..." Max whispered quietly. Nathan started screaming louder deafening Bradey but Max stayed looking at the wound, it had begun to grow bigger and Max began to worry more. Suddenly tiny blue lightning bolts began shooting across, first it was just one, going back and forth, then more, faster and faster. Soon, the lighting had completely covered the whole wound and Nathan had stopped screaming, "Nathan, are you alright? What was that?" Max asked quietly. Nathan looked over to Max and weakly started laughing smiling, "Haha, this stuff is useful, huh?" Just after he finished he passed out and his head fell to the side.

"Max. Steven's up, the thing on his hand is gone. I think he's back to himself." Bradey said staying still. Max looked at Steven and began walking over, "Hey, you doing okay Steven? How are you feeling?" Steven rubbed his face and looked at Max, "I didn't hurt anyone, right?" "No Steven, Nathan got it out of you before you did, we haven't heard the whole story so there's a possibility that you might have hurt him but I doubt it so don't worry about it."

Steven stood up and looked at Bradey, Bradey flinched and held Sledge tightly, "Bradey, I'm not going to hurt you, I'm sorry if I scared you." Steven said looking down, Bradey slowly lowered Sledge and walked over to Steven and Max, "You know what? I don't think you're possessed anymore, that's awesome." Bradey hugged Steven, "Alright you two, enough with your bro-mance, let's just try and stay out of trouble and we can carry Nathan." Max said heading towards him.

"Uh, Max?" Bradey said scratching his head, "We still don't have a way out." "Crap, I forgot about that." Max said looking around, "Hold on, I have a plan." He began to walk against the walls tapping them, listening. "Here." He said pulling out Thunder. He pulled back and with all of his strength struck the wall where he had pointed. The room began caving in, it became harder and harder to breathe. Suddenly there was silence and a bright light. Max thought to himself, "I must be dead, what have I done?"
