Patrick's pov:

I was talking with Johnny and Joey even tho I know that the lad wasn't paying attention to our conversation, because he was busy looking at his girlfriend who was talking with Katie.

Her expression was serious. They talked in a hushed voice not like I will hear what they were saying becauseof the loud music blasting making it even hard to listen to the man next to me.

"Im going to Aoife" Joey said out of nowhere. "Thanks for the drink" he said as he nudged my shoulder. Then winked at Johnny who looked confused for a moment until a small hands wrapped around his waist.

"Hi Johnny" Shannon said and kissed him when he turned to her.

"Hi Shannon" Johnny's respond never letting go of the girl under his arms now.

"Oh Patrick." she said after a long moment.

"Hughie was looking for you. Said it was urgent."

I furrowed my brows.

"Why?" I said confused. "Was something wrong with him?"

She shook her head and Continued talking but her voice blurred as my whole focus landed on the redhead who was standing next to the kitchen door. Her posture was frozen as if she heard or seen something that shocked her. Her left hand on her chest, and the other squeezing the door handle that I can see her knuckles turning whiter than her skin.
As I made my way to her, ignoring the voices behind me.

My steps halted.
