Enid POV:
I'm running as fast as I can to catch this bus. It's 6:44 , the bus leaves at 6:45. I'm dashing past people as rain pours down heavily on me, I can't believe I forgot an umbrella at home. I run up and walk through the door into the bus. It seems to be full. I sigh with annoyance. I see one open spot next to a girl that seems about my age. My heart skips a beat. She's gorgeous...
She has this beautiful short black hair... Her eyes look so mysterious. I could get lost in them. And don't get me started on her lips...
I sit down next to her nervously, trembling slightly from the chill of the rain. I stare at the floor and muster up the courage to say something.
"Hi..."
She says nothing. Did she even hear me? She turns her head in my direction, looking me up and down.
"You're getting rain on me..." She says
My face turns red as I look away with embarrassment
"I'm sorry..."
"Sorry won't dry my clothes..." She says coldly
Now I feel bad. Because she's right, sorry won't dry her clothes...
"Is there anything I can do? I'm really sorry."
I watch her for a moment as she thinks. She looks so pretty when she's lost in thought like that.
"Actually, There is one thing you can do. It's kind of a weird request though..." She says
"What is it?"
"I have to eat dinner with my parents tonight, that's why I'm on this bus. I told them that I have a girlfriend because they keep pestering me and I didn't feel like dealing with it, but I have no girl to show up with. Would you pose as my girlfriend? It would only be for a night"
Oh my god! This is the perfect opportunity! I can get closer with her and then maybe she'll like me.
"Ok... I can do that"
"Good, looks like you'll be coming with me. Just a warning, my family is... Interesting to say the least."
