Part 10: Promise To Each Other..

Haseena walks towards ER ward with upset layer, while her eyes fall on her mother first, & she goes near her mother, & gives an assurance hugged, & then she entered the room, & looks at her father, who sleep peacefully on bed, then her eyes catch those two eyes, who stare at her with brim, & Haseena quickly move her gazed towards other doctor, & asked about her father's health, "he is my father in law, what happened to him", "sugar is high, & that's why he passes out, thankfully Ms. Karishma, bring him here on time, otherwise we lost him, now his sugar is in controlled", "why it happens" Haseena asked with a soft tone, "as per his daughter, he ate sugar free bread for breakfast, but I don't think he ate that, otherwise the sugar won't reached on peak", & Haseena nods a little, & Karishma stare at Haseena only, who closely observed Haseena, who completely drain in tiredness, her right hand in her white coat pocket while talking with a doctor, & this made Karishma surprise that Haseena almost disrespecting another doctor, Haseena finishes her talked, & Karishma's mother entered in the room, & Haseena gives a side hugged to her mother, & says, "papa is good, shayad subhe galati se normal bread khaayi thi, aur kuch nahi, aaj poori raat yahi par rakhange, kal subhe discharged mil jaayega, aap fikar mat kariye, mai yahi rahungi aaj, thik hai", & she squeeze old lady in her arms with a smile, while Haseena's parent entered the room, & they asked directly to Haseena about condition, while Haseena's mother hugged Karishma, & Haseena looks at that, & stay busy with her father..

Late evening, Haseena came back towards the ER ward, & looked at Karishma seated outside of the room alone, their parent left the hospital, after visiting hour over, & Karishma stayed in the hospital as per the hospital rule that one of the relatives could remain in the hospital for patient, & Haseena did not react on Karishma's stay, she entered the room, checked out her father, & come out, while their eyes met, & Haseena turned to go, & Karishma says, "Haseena we need to talk", Haseena did not look back, & says, "yeh hospital hai, aur mai koi bhi drama yaha par nahi chahti hun"

"okay, then tell me, where we can talk, your cabin, hospital canteen, hospital terrace, hospital parking, or our home" & Karishma waited for Haseena's answer, & Haseena turned towards Karishma, & stared at her for a moment, & said, "kal discharged milne ke baad mai ghar aa jaaungi", & Karishma nods a little, "show me your hand", & Haseena stare at Karishma with cold eyes, & Karishma cross her arms with same cold eyes, & Haseena shows her fracture hand, which is hidden under the coat pocket, & they both look at each other, & Haseena nods a little, & way towards her cabin..

In the afternoon, Haseena came back home, & she found the whole house was clean & tidy, just like she loved to see, & she let down her bag in a particular place, & looked around the house, & there was no presence of Karishma, & she takes a seat on the couch with closed eyes, & hear open door rings, & open her eyes, & looks, Karishma comes in with the groceries bag, & she quickly goes near, & take some bag from Karishma's hand, they both co-ordinate without saying a single word, & Haseena keeps the bags on the dining table, & take a seat on the chair, & Karishma did the same thing as per Haseena, & she takes a seat in front of Haseena..

They did not look at each other for a few minutes, a complete silence spread in the house, only breaths in & out reached their ears, "I am sorry" & they both started looking at each other, & gulped their throat, they can see each other, "maine jo uss din subhe kiya woh galat tha, agar tumhare dil mei aisa kuch hota toh tum mujhe kabhi aapne phone access karne deti hi nahi, but woh image" & she looks down, & Haseena move her hand, & patted her palm on Karishma's fist, "uss wajah se mera gussa badha aur samjh nahi aaya ke kaise uss waqt react karu, I am sorry"
