"Holy shit...." Kylie's jaw drops once they make it to the venue. "This place is beautiful." "Mel, please tell me this didn't cost your whole net worth." Malia looks at her. "No, not at all. Only half." "Melody!" "I'm kidding! And relax, i wanna do this for you guys. Besides, we're gonna have a lot of people here so we need a big venue. And i know you guys like to dance, especially you Ky, and our friends so i got us a dance floor." Kylie steps foot on the dance floor and she practically melts. "Ooh, i can't wait to dance on this thing." She smiles. "Well, you're gonna dance on it today. Cause you two need to practice your first dance together." Mel goes over to where the DJ is set up. "Now, have you picked out a song for your first dance yet?"

"Well, i wanted Like A Movie." Malia looks at Kylie. "And i told Malia, I don't know how i feel about my song being used for our first dance." "But you wrote that for me. For us." Malia points out. "Exactly. For you. For us. I want to keep it that way." Kylie holds her hand. Malia smiles at her. "Aw Ky, alright fine. We won't use that song. What did you want?" Kylie shrugs. "I kinda wanted to use If Only from the first Descendants but it's a bit too fast for a slow dance." Malia places her hand on Kylie's cheek. "We can still dance to that just not for a first dance." Mel looks between the two. "I think i got it." She walks over to the DJ set up and soon, she plays a song. "Are you sure Joshua and Sophia are gonna be comfortable with us using this song?" "I'm sure they'll be fine. Besides, it's a cover, remember?" The young couple get together and start practicing the steps. Malia, of course stepped on Kylie's feet on occasion, but she didn't mind. After about an hour and a half, they finally get their steps and movements down. "Wait, am i gonna have to lift her? Or she lift me?"

Mel shakes her head. "Nobody has to lift anybody if you don't want to." "Ok good, I don't think i can handle injuring my wife during our first dance, or vice versa." Kylie sighs in relief. Malia looks at her and smiles. "What?" "Nothing, just....we're gonna be wives. The thought hasn't even crossed my mind yet. It almost feels unreal." Kylie kisses her softly. "Yeah, i know what you mean." Mel's phone rings before she quickly answers it. "Hello? What? Hold on, I can't hear you. I can't hear you!....ok, that's a little better....uh-huh...." Her eyes widen slightly before they return to normal. "Ok. I'll wrap it up here." She hangs up and turns to the brides to be. "Alright, well i think that's enough dance rehearsal. Why don't you two head home? You have two weeks until you are married in holy matrimony. You do know what's next at this point, right?" She asks them. "Um dress rehearsal for the actual wedding?" Malia guessed. "No, well, yes but that's not till the day before. I meant, your bachelorette parties. Unless you're planning on having a joint one?" They both look at each other. "I think we might do that." Kylie smirks. "Agreed." Malia smirks back.

Mel drops them off and heads out to take care of some last minute details. "Start packing for your honeymoon too! Don't forget! Love you guys!" She drives off. "Love you, Mel!" "Love you!" Malia unlocks the front door to their apartment and they both take off their shoes before they collapse on the couch. "My feet are killing me." Malia complains as she rubs it. "You get used to it." Kylie shrugs. "I forget that you're a dancer sometimes. I'm almost jealous." Malia brings her foot closer to massage it. Kylie quickly sits on the coffee table and pulls her foot onto her lap. She starts massaging it while Malia relaxes on the couch. She sighs in pleasure. "I'm so lucky to have you." Kylie laughs. "Why? Cause i massage your feet when they hurt?" "That too." Malia laughs. "But i mean it. I'm really glad we met. I couldn't have imagined the rest of my life without you." Kylie smiles as she moves onto her other foot. "Well, now you don't have to. Cause in two weeks, we will be together for the rest of our lives. Married in holy matrimony." Malia smiles slightly. "How can you be so sure?" Kylie looks at her.

"What do you mean? I'm sure because i love you. We love each other and we don't want to spend another moment without one another. That's what marriage is like, what it's supposed to be anyways. Spending everyday with your best friend. For the rest of your life." Kylie sits next to her. "I meant, how can we be sure when neither of our parents stayed together? Your parents are divorced, my dad is in jail. Who's gonna walk me down the aisle? Who's going to give me away? Growing up, i always dreamed of what my wedding would look like, my mom sitting in the front row with my sister, my dad walking me down the aisle, giving me away to my future husband. Of course that's changed, as has a lot of things." She eyes Kylie. "Yeah, that's for sure." Kylie laughs. "But still, i just- i always thought he'd be here...." She looks down at her lap, tears threaten to fall.

Kylie wraps her arm around her. "I know baby, and I'm so sorry. If i could, i would have him there with us. With you, supporting you, giving you away, having that father daughter dance with you. I would do anything to make you happy and see you smile. Your smile keeps me on the ground. (A/N who can tell me where this lyric is from?) It keeps me grounded. It keeps me from losing my mind amidst all this chaos and drama. I know i can't just magically change his mind and have him here. But i promise, you have everyone's support. You can dance with my dad if you want? Or Mel? I'm sure she'd love to dance with you." "Oh hell no, i can't keep up with her. You can barely keep up with her." Malia shakes her head. "She did have me breathing heavy earlier today during rehearsal, I'm not gonna lie." Kylie smiles. They both laugh before a calming silence falls upon them. "What do say we take a bath and go to bed?" Kylie stands and offers her hand. Malia smiles and gladly takes it. "I'd love to." The two of them sit in the bath and enjoy each others company, cuddling in the hot water, letting their worries wash away. Normally, Malia would be the big spoon but tonight she really needed this so Kylie let her be the little spoon in the tub.

She holds her close, leaving soft, sweet kisses on her neck or shoulder every once in a while. They soon get out of the tub, since they were getting pruney, and cuddle in bed. "You know, we still need to decide who takes who's last name." Kylie whispered. "Hmm, Malia Cantrell? Kylie Baker? No, that doesn't sound right." Malia thinks out loud. Kylie laughs as she holds her tighter. "What about hyphenating it?" She looks at her. "Cantrell-Baker? Baker-Cantrell?" Kylie shrugs. "Whatever you want Malia-baby." She mumbles as sleep starts to take over. Malia looks over and notices her falling asleep. She smiles and kisses her forehead. "Goodnight, Kylie-boo." She whispers as she closes her eyes. "Goodnight Malia-baby."
