Sirius blinked sluggishly, his body trembling as another wave of pain coursed through him. He shifted slightly, feeling an odd sensation beneath him. His hand instinctively went to his lower belly, and his breath caught. "James..." he whispered, his voice barely audible, hoarse from the pain. "I'm... I'm wet."

James's eyes widened as he looked down at Sirius, realizing what had happened. "Your water broke?" he asked, his voice trembling as panic began to creep into his tone. He reached for Sirius, cupping his face gently. "Okay, love, it's okay. I'm here."

Sirius nodded weakly, a tear slipping down his cheek. "It hurts," he whispered, his body trembling in exhaustion. He clung to James's hand, fear clouding his usually fierce expression.

"I know, baby, I know," James whispered, kissing Sirius's forehead softly. "But we're so close. You're doing amazing."

Across the room, a different kind of chaos was unfolding. Regulus's entire body convulsed as another contraction tore through him. His breath came in ragged, desperate gasps, and his hands clenched into tight fists, gripping the sheets beneath him. His entire face contorted in pure agony as he let out a bone-chilling scream.

"I feel the baby!" Regulus's voice was filled with terror as he cried out, his legs trembling violently. "It's out, it's coming out!"

The words sent a shockwave of panic through the room. Abraxas, who had been hovering near Regulus, immediately snapped into action. His calm composure faltered just for a second, eyes darting toward Orion in a silent plea for support. Then he turned back to Regulus, his voice steady despite the tension in the air.

"Regulus, I need you to focus. You're almost there. Just one more push," Abraxas said, kneeling beside him. His hands were gentle but firm, guiding Regulus through the overwhelming pain. "I know it's unbearable, but you're so close."

Regulus's entire body shook as he let out another scream, his voice filled with anguish. "I can't!" His voice cracked, his body rigid with fear and pain. Tears streamed down his face as he sobbed. "It hurts too much!"

Orion knelt by his side, his face tight with concern. His heart ached to see his son like this, but he leaned in, placing a comforting hand on Regulus's arm. "I'm right here," he said, his voice soft and steady. "You're so strong, Regulus. You've come this far. One more push, and it'll all be over."

Regulus's chest heaved with labored breaths, his face pale and drenched in sweat. He looked between his father and Abraxas, desperation in his tear-filled eyes. But despite the fear consuming him, he dug deep, finding the strength to keep going.

"I can't do it," Regulus cried, his voice a broken whisper, but then another contraction hit him, and his body reacted instinctively. He screamed, pushing with everything he had left.

Abraxas's voice remained calm, though there was a tremor in his hands. "That's it, Regulus, one last push."

Regulus gripped James's hand so tightly it hurt, his cries echoing through the room as he gave a final, desperate push. The pain was blinding, searing through every inch of his body, and then... relief. The tension broke as he felt the baby slip free, and he collapsed back onto the bed, sobbing in exhaustion.

"The baby..." Regulus whimpered, his voice barely audible as his body shook uncontrollably. "It's out..."

Abraxas's hands were already working, his experience taking over as he quickly and carefully checked on the baby. He shared a brief, relieved glance with Orion. "It's out," Abraxas said, his voice steady. "You did it, Regulus."

Regulus sobbed, tears streaming down his face, his body trembling from the exertion. "I did it," he whispered, barely believing it himself.

Orion, his heart swelling with both pride and relief, gently brushed Regulus's damp hair away from his forehead, kissing him softly. "You did it, my boy," he whispered, voice cracking with emotion.

James, holding Sirius's hand, was watching in awe and fear, his heart aching for both of them. He leaned closer to Sirius, whose contractions had slowed down again. "How are you feeling, love?" he asked softly, worry etched into every line of his face.

Sirius nodded faintly, his voice weak. "Tired... so tired," he whispered, his eyelids fluttering. He swallowed dryly, his body trembling.

"You're almost there too, baby," James whispered, leaning down to kiss his forehead. "You're doing so good, Sirius. I'm so proud of you."
