Dr. Graves stares amongst the eager faces of new students taking the summer course. Standing in front of class, fingers crossed his chest. Taking a deep breath: "Good morning, everyone. I have an important announcement to make. As some of you may know, I've been working on a book that delves into the complexities of our current societal issues of the mind, and I'm thrilled to share that I'll be going on a book tour across Europe for most of this semester." Starring into the room. The students murmur with interest, some exchanging curious glances. "I know this may come as a surprise, but I believe this opportunity will not only allow me to share my insights; but also bring back valuable perspectives that we can discuss when I return. In my absence, I'm pleased to introduce my apprentice, Sammy, who will be taking over the fall classes." Pointing with out with out stretch arm to Sammy, sitting in the front row, waves slightly, a mix of nervousness and enthusiasm on his face. Dr. Graves smiling watching Sammy sweat and squirm in his seat. The rush of dominance filled his veins with excitement. "Sammy has been working closely with me and is more than capable of guiding you through the curriculum. I have complete confidence in their abilities, and I encourage you all to engage with them just as you would with me." Thinking to himself, this puppet was a perfect plant. Someone who will just read all the templates, never a thought of his own. The students nod, some smiling in support of Sammy. Smirking, looking at the ones smiling at Sammy was the ones looking for an easy A, and they would get it with him. "I'll be checking in periodically, of course. So make sure you have your email addresses up to date with me before end of the day. I look forward to hearing about your progress. But all reports and essays are due to me, and not Sammy. Remember, this is a unique chance for you to learn from a fresh perspective, and not a seasoned old badger as myself. He pauses, looking around the room. Looking for anyone who seemed upset about him not being here. "Thank you for your understanding, and I'm excited to see how you all grow this semester. Let's make it a productive and enriching experience together, even if I'm not physically present. Now, let's dive into today's lesson!" turning on the projector. The bright light glaring onto the white board behind him. "Now class, and possible a future detective or two in class today we will delve into a complex and often troubling subject for most: " Taking a deeper breath waiting for the screen to upload. Leaning against the wall, so he could get a clear view of the students. " The motivations behind stalking behavior." walking back to the center of the stage, stepping down to the first row of seats. "Sammy, I am going to sit down right here, and let you read todays lesson."

Sammy standing up, pulling his caragana sweater over his kaki pants. His hair had grown out thought Samuel. Interesting maybe he is trying to be a maid after all, the dark thoughts aroused in the back of his mind. Turning his head to left he sees a familiar face. Mia, sitting 4th row up by the window. Locking eyes on Sammy as he started to speak. What was she doing here? Its been months since they had last spoken about his riddle of water. Reaching into his pocket to make sure he had not missed a text from her.

"Dr. Graves, I ask you to put away your phone, sir. I don't want it to be a distraction to others." Sammy chimed in over the microphone. The class laughing to themselves. Dr. Graves was notorious for not allowing cellphones in class.

"Very good Lad, you caught me. Please continue." crossing his arms leaning back in his chair. How dare these pupil laugh at him. But it was okay, it was a distraction that was needed from not looking back at Mia.

"Stalking is not merely a criminal act; it is a multifaceted phenomenon that intertwines psychological, social and sometimes even cultural factors" Sammy read off to the class feeling more confident in himself. "Understanding why someone might feel compelled to stalk another person is crucial for prevention, intervention and support for victims." Walking to the center of the stage with his hand behind his back. "Someone defined stalking, for us. " Sammy looking into the crowd raising their hands. " Aw Dr. Graves please tell the class."
