Since Juniper doesn't do school work at school and does school work at home. She was doing her maths work and English school work as Derek was supervising her and helping her with the work.
He knows she should be in school but he doesn't want Juniper to leave his sight ever and risk someone hurting her or bullying her.
"Daddy?" Juniper says."Yes, princess?" Derek asked softly." Can I maybe go see Scott and Stiles again? And Mama McCall and Papa Noah?" Juniper asked softly.
"I'll think about it princess as Scott's hanging around with a bad man's daughter right now," Derek says softly kissing Juniper's forehead before going to make lunch.
"I like them. I didn't like Allison or her dad," Juniper says." Good stay away from them as they are bad people," Derek says softly.
"But I want to see Scott and Stiles again can I?" Juniper pleads." Alright, I'll take you to see them but not now," Derek says with a smile.
They heard a car pull up and they went to see a Beacon Hills police officer pull up to Hale's house. He would rather be anywhere but here as he looks utterly terrified of the place.
Derek and Juniper watch through a broken window, Juniper watches as Derek's eyes glow as he focuses on the dog, and the dog starts barking more violently.
It tries to claw its way through the open window of the cruiser, freaking the officer out and he gets in the car and leaves. "I know you can hear me." Scott appears.
"I need your help," Scott says as Derek and Juniper come out onto the porch without saying anything and glaring at Scott.
"Okay, I know I was part of you getting arrested and that we announced you being here to the Hunters. I also don't know what happened to your sister," Scott says
"But, I think I did something last night. I had a dream about.." Scott continues."Someone... but someone else got hurt." He says.
"And, it turns out that part of the dream might have happened..." Scott tells them."You think you attacked the driver?" Derek answers Scott.
"Did you see what I did last night?" Scott questions."No," Derek says."Can you at least tell me the truth? Am I gonna hurt someone?" Scott rambles.
"Yes." Derek bluntly answers. Juniper giggles at Derek's bluntness and they both look at her.
"Sorry," Juniper says smiling."Could I kill someone?" Scott asks."Yes," Derek answered."Am I gonna kill someone?" Scott asks."Probably," Derek said with a shrug
Scott takes the news hard."Look, I can show you how to remember and how to control the shift, even on a full moon. But it's not gonna come for free." Derek offers
"What do you want?" Scott asked."You'll find out." Derek ominously says."But, for now, I'm gonna give you what you want," Derek tells Scott
"Go back to the bus. Go inside. See it. Feel it. Let your senses-- your sight, smell, touch-- let them remember for you." Derek informs him"That's it? Just-just go back?" Scott asks
"Don't you want to know what happened?" Derek said "I just want to know if I hurt him," Scott says sadly."No, you don't, you want to know if you'll hurt her," Derek says

Juniper and Derek headed to the gas station since he wanted to see what the bus driver remembered. Juniper was sitting on the car hood when two black SUVs arrived cornering them.
"Juniper, come to me quickly," Derek says softly. Juniper quickly gets off the car hood as Chris Argent exits the SVU and Juniper hides, grasping Derek's waist.
