Amnesia

I actually didn't know all of the lyrics to it or knew who it was by,but I was in total love with it.

"Tabitha get up and get ready to go. Your holding up Andrew!" my dad yelled from down the hall.

"only if you knew I was already up asshole." I whispered under my breath rolling out of bed and grabbing my earphones and Nokia from the dresser.

It's just like my dad to say something that stupid. Not like my dad even cares when Andrew is making me late.

As I walked past my door I snatched my backpack off the back knob.
Slipping on both straps,and plugging my earphones in my phone as I walked down the hallway.

"Hurry up, get the move on" My dad hurriedly said to me as I grabbed an apple and water bottle from the fridge.

"What's the point if we still have to walk anyway." I whispered under my breath.

"Just because your brother doesn't have a car doesn't mean you can make him late" He yelled.

I calmly walked past him putting my earphones in my ear.

 "Have a great day at school guys"my dad said as I walked out the front door. l heard him locking the screen as soon as I started walking down the driveway waving bye to him rudely.

"Why do you always have to-"

I cut off the rest of what he was about to say by pressing the play button on my playlist and turning it all the way up to 30,and walked right pass him.

As my older shit-face brother walked beside me to school I texted my best friend.

I put my phone in my jacket pocket, along with my hands as I tried walking faster to get away from Mr.Shit-Drew.

I really wish my sister hadn't had to go to a meeting earlier.

As I got to the stop light where the school was I saw a bunch of skateboarders taking unnecessary risk of getting hit by a car, skating right into the street not even bothering to stop and press the button or look both ways.

Watching them made me miss riding my brothers skateboard taking unnecessary risk just so I could do a trick that would come out looking super cool on camera.

As The white walking man appeared on the sign telling me it was time to cross. I steeped into the street just as a skateboarder rushed right into me not only knocking me down,but making his skateboard fly right into traffic.

"shit!" I mumbled as my skirt flew up. Good thing I had shorts underneath.

"Oh . My bad!" The boy who ran into me went to reach for my hand as my brother showed up.

"Are you okay sis?" he asked me as he helped me up practically pushing the boy a side. Damn barely even a week in school,and I already fucked it up.

I didn't answer because I was to embarrassed even if I did have shorts underneath. A lot of people saw me fall. We where still in the middle of the street and cars where watching I would like to think they were watching to see if I was okay,but I knew they weren't.

"I am so sorry, are you-

"What where you doing running into the street! You didn't even look both ways! You could've got hit by a car! Your even more dangerous on your own two feet then on four wheels" Mr.Shit-Drew yelled all of a sudden cutting of the guy who caused all of this. The one who should be getting yelled at.

Not only was I embarrassed now I was pissed.I really wish everyone could just suddenly all have amnesia.

"Fuck off" I mumbled as I crossed the street and walked faster into school.

As I crossed the street I saw the skateboard smashed.
Damn don't I wish I was the board right now.
