Krishav's POV
I stood at the Yamuna Ghat, the soft breeze brushing against my skin, carrying with it a calming scent of the water and wet earth. This wasn't where I wanted to be-Vrindavan. Yet, here I was, all because of Bade Papa. His close friend had invited him to the grand Janmashtami celebration, and since he couldn't make it due to some reasons, he didn't want to upset his friend either. So guess what? He didn't just ask, he ordered me to come here. I could have argued with my father, but not with Bade Papa-he's impossible to say no to.
My flight landed early in the morning, and the Janmashtami celebration was in the evening, leaving me with hours to kill in this town. Despite my reluctance, I had to admit that the Yamuna Ghat was... peaceful, serene even. Maybe it wasn't all that bad after all. I needed some solitude, and here, I found it.
The river is mesmerizing, the early morning sun just beginning to rise, casting a golden hue across the water. There weren't too many people yet-just a few pandits performing their rituals, some devotees offering prayers, and the occasional local passing by. The usual tourist crowd was absent, perhaps because of the early hour. It was quieter than I expected, and surprisingly, I appreciated that. Watching the sun slowly climb into the sky, I realized this was one of the most beautiful sunrises I'd ever witnessed.

Meanwhile, at the Awasthi House...
The preparations for the grand Janmashtami celebration were in full swing. The house buzzed with activity, from the helpers stringing up marigold garlands to decorators adorning the entrance with vibrant colors. Though the main event was in the evening, the family was busy with preparations for the day-long puja.
