Jihoon blinked as he woke up, finding himself tied to a chair in a dimly lit room. His eyes lazily adjusted to the sight of Soonyoung standing in front of him, staring with an intense, almost predatory gaze. Jihoon let out an exaggerated sigh and cocked an eyebrow, completely unfazed by the situation.
"A chair? Seriously?" Jihoon quipped, his voice dripping with sarcasm. "I thought you would tie me to a bed so that it would at least be comfortable."
Soonyoung's lips curled into a smirk, his eyes tracing every inch of Jihoon as if savoring the view. He said nothing, letting the tension build between them, his gaze unwavering and borderline possessive.
Behind Jihoon, he felt the binds loosen as someone else untied him. With a quick twist of his wrists, he freed himself, bringing his arms together to cross them over his chest. His eyes narrowed slightly as he locked his gaze with Soonyoung's, mirroring his captor's intensity with an air of indifference.
Raising an eyebrow, Soonyoung's smirk deepened, clearly amused by Jihoon's nonchalant attitude. There was something in his eyes, a dark gleam, as if he was enjoying this little game far too much. Jihoon, however, couldn't be bothered.
"Bruh," Jihoon said flatly, his tone utterly unimpressed. "Who are you? If you brought me here just to stare at me, then you could've connected some cameras. I'd put on a show. But I actually have a lot of work to do right now."
Soonyoung's smirk turned predatory, and he leaned in closer, his voice dropping to a dangerously low whisper. "Lee Jihoon, aka Woozi. I've finally got my hands on you."
Jihoon yawned, covering his mouth with the back of his hand, utterly disinterested. "Great. You want a medal or something?"
There was a brief silence between them, the tension palpable. Soonyoung's obsession was obvious-he was practically devouring Jihoon with his eyes. Yet, Jihoon remained cool, almost amused by the situation. His curiosity was piqued, though; this wasn't just any random abduction. Soonyoung, or rather Hoshi-the feared mafia boss-had gone through all this trouble to capture him. But why? Jihoon wasn't stupid. There had to be more to this than simple infatuation.
"So," Jihoon started, tilting his head with mild curiosity. "What now? You've got me here. I suppose you're going to do something dramatic?"
For a moment, Soonyoung didn't respond. His gaze darkened, and his smirk faded, replaced by something far more dangerous. His fingers twitched at his side, a sign of barely contained restraint. Jihoon could see it-the obsession running deep within Soonyoung's veins, like a poison that had slowly driven him mad. He was on the verge of snapping.
"You think this is a joke?" Soonyoung asked, his voice low, yet laced with an edge that sent a chill down Jihoon's spine. "You think I won't hurt you?"
Jihoon didn't flinch. Instead, his eyes gleamed with amusement. "Oh, I have no doubt you'd try. But would you really, Hoshi? Isn't the whole point of all this to have me? I'd say you're not doing a great job at winning me over."
The air around them thickened as Soonyoung's jaw clenched, his restraint fraying at the edges. He took a step closer, his face inches from Jihoon's. For a brief moment, Jihoon wondered if he'd pushed too far. But instead of fear, excitement danced in his eyes.
"Careful, Woozi," Soonyoung whispered, his voice dangerously soft. "You're tempting me."
Jihoon's lips curled into a smirk of his own, his calm demeanor unshaken. "Good. I was starting to get bored."
The tension between them simmered, a dangerous game of cat and mouse where neither was willing to back down. Soonyoung's obsession was spiraling out of control, and Jihoon, ever the strategist, was curious to see just how far Soonyoung was willing to go.
But Soonyoung's eyes flashed with something darker-a desire so fierce it bordered on madness. His fingers twitched again, and Jihoon could sense the shift. Soonyoung wasn't just playing anymore. The obsession was consuming him, and for the first time, Jihoon could see the true extent of Hoshi's insanity.
"You think this is amusing?" Soonyoung asked, his voice dropping to a growl as he loomed over Jihoon. "You think you can toy with me?"
Jihoon chuckled, completely unbothered by the threat in Soonyoung's voice. "I mean, you're the one who tied me to a chair just to stare at me. Who's really toying with whom here?"
In that moment, Soonyoung's patience snapped. He grabbed Jihoon by the collar, pulling him forward until their faces were mere inches apart. "You're mine, Jihoon. Do you understand that? I'll hurt you if I have to."
For a split second, Jihoon's amusement flickered, but it was quickly replaced with intrigue. Soonyoung was obsessed-no, beyond obsessed. It was as if Woozi was the only thing keeping Hoshi sane, yet also the very thing driving him to the brink of madness.
And Jihoon? He was loving every second of it.
"I'd like to see you try," Jihoon whispered, his smirk unwavering.
Soonyoung's grip tightened, but in his eyes, Jihoon saw hesitation. Despite the threat, despite the obsession, Soonyoung couldn't bring himself to hurt him. Not yet.
Jihoon's smirk widened, his voice dripping with mocking playfulness. "Face it, Hoshi. You can't have me the way you want to, and it's driving you crazy, isn't it?"
Soonyoung's chest rose and fell with deep breaths as he stared at Jihoon, utterly torn between desire and frustration. His obsession was eating him alive, and Jihoon, the unbothered object of his fixation, was only making it worse.
And Jihoon knew it.
This game of madness was only just beginning.
