PART ONE CHAPTER THREE

Back in 2001 back when Artemis wasn't abusive. Megan and Artemis were telling then 9 year old Penelope how they met
A: So Penelope I heard you were wondering how me and your mother met, is that right?
P: Yes mum.

M: Well dear you see when I found out I was going to have a baby I decided that I would keep it and when I told my parents they kicked me out.
A: And I saw her in the side of the road and I asked her what happened and she told me everything.
P

: Wow, so you were kicked out of your house for me mommy?
M:Yes dear but I do not regret it even a bit. I mean if it wasn't for Artemis our lives would had been way different.
A bit later they heard a knock on the door. It was the police force.
P.O: Hello, is this where Artemis Williams lives?
A: Yes, that is me.
P.O: I am terribly sorry to inform you that Ted and Staci Williams were in a tragic accident in which not only them but also three teenagers lost their lives.
A: Oh my god. I cannot believe it, my baby.
Artemis started sobbing, she had just lost her 5 year old daughter and it was all her ex husband's fault. Megan and Artemis told Penelope that Staci broke her arm and that when she leaves the hospital she will go live at her father's house. Penelope was devastated because she loved Staci a lot. If only she knew the truth.
