POV Will

Nico's face got red from blushing. "Um, well, whenIfirstmetPercy." He rushed out in one breath. Although, I could still make out what he said. I shrugged.

"I think just about every gay or bi camper here realized they were gay or bi when they met Percy." I said, and laughed, Nico laughed too, like a genuine, real laugh, he was so adorable when he laughed. I got lost in thought, staring into his dark eyes.

"Will? Will! Earth to Will." Nico said, waving his hand in front of my face.

"Oh, uh yeah? What?" I stuttered.

Nico rolled his eyes. "I asked, what's your favorite color?"

I laughed at this. "That's the best question you could come up with?" Nico rolled his eyes again.

"Yes, now answer." He grumbled.

I thought for a minute. "I'd say. . . Yellow." Nico laughed.

"How stereotypical of you, everyone expects a child of Apollo's favorite color to be yellow." I punched him playfully.

"No, I like yellow because it symbolizes optimism and happiness, and we all deserve a little happiness and optimism in our lives, even you, death boy." Nico blushed.

"Whatever, just ask your question." He grumbled.

I smiled. "Okay, what's your favorite animal?" He looked at me with an 'are you serious?' expression, but answered anyway.

"Um, cats, I guess."

About an hour later, we finished the game, and ate dinner, surprisingly Nico ate half of it without any complaining, that made me happy, that he was finally letting me help him. "So, are you up to going to the campfire tonight?" I asked, turning to Nico.

Nico shrugged. "Sure, whatever." He answered. 

------ANOTHER TIME SKIP BECAUSE I'M LAZY!!!-------

"Ready to go?" I asked Nico.

Nico turned to me. "Yep." 

Nico and I walked to the campfire together, we found a bench and sat down. Soon enough Jason comes in squealing and Piper right behind him. Jason sits on the other side of Nico, giggling. Since when did the son of Jupiter giggle? Piper was still squealing.

"What's with you two? You're acting more like guinea pigs than when Percy actually was one, and that says a lot." Nico huffed out. Annabeth had told just about everyone about her and Percy's adventures. Percy must've heard Nico from across the campfire, because he looked down embarrassed, and then looked back up at Nico.

"It was one time! Geez you guys." Percy shouted, and Annabeth playfully punched him, laughing.

Jason and Piper soon stopped giggling and squealing. "Oh, it's just, you two came in here together. . . " Piper said, wiggling her eyebrows. 

Nico rolled his eyes. "That doesn't mean anything." He grumbled.

"Whatever you say. . ." Jason said, then took Piper's hand and they went over to sit on their own bench. 

Soon all of the other campers arrived and the sing-along began. Half an hour later, it was pitch black dark outside, and Nico had fallen asleep, his head resting on my shoulder. I could hear the squeals and giggles coming from both Percy and Jason's direction. I looked down at Nico. Oh how badly I wanted to kiss him right now, he looked so adorable when he slept. 

When the campfire had ended, I picked up Nico, bridal style, and began carrying him back to the infirmary. I could hear the shuffling of feet and giggling, tailing me all the way back. No doubt it was Percy, Annabeth, Piper and Jason. I walked Nico over to his bed and set him down, then I turned around and walked to the entrance of the infirmary. "Get out of the bushes." I said, and Percy, Annabeth, Piper, and Jason, emerged from the bushes.

"But we were so secretive!" Percy shouted.

Annabeth laughed. "Not really, seaweed brain." Percy just crossed his arms and pouted.

"What do you four want?" I asked.

"For you and Nico to get together already!" Jason shouted, and as soon as he did, Piper slapped her hand over his mouth.

"Shhhh!" She yelled at him.

"Wait, what? What do you mean?" I asked, confused.

Percy rolled his eyes. "Isn't it obvious, Nico's been crushing on you for like, the last week." He said, like I should already know all this. Annabeth punched Percy.

"Percy! You just outed Nico like that?!" Percy shrugged.

"Will was gonna find out sooner or later, better to speed things up." Percy stated.

All throughout this conversation I was blushing so hard and I started glowing. "Wait, Nico, as in, 'i think everyone is annoying, and I do what I want as I please' Nico, likes me?"

Jason nodded. "Yep, that Nico." I blushed harder. He likes me? 

"Well, we're off to our cabins now!" Percy shouted as he grabbed Annabeth's hand, running towards the cabins, Jason and Piper following. I walked back into the infirmary, and sat down next to Nico's bed. He likes me? I really hope they weren't joking, because that would really crush my spirits, but if they were telling the truth. . .
