A/N: For all of you that are thinking 'well isn't Apollo the god of music or whatever." yes, yes he is, but not all his children have all of the same abilities, Will is good at healing, Kayla is good at archery and Austin at music, they all different. So, FYI Will is not good at singing. ONTO THE CHAPTER!!!

POV Nico

Will had gotten off shift hours ago, and I entertained myself by staring at the ceiling, although if I do for any longer I might go crazy. I decided to get up and explore the infirmary, although I had been here once before, I had never actually looked around. I hugged a blanket around my shoulders and began exploring the infirmary.

Once I reached the main part of the infirmary I noticed that barely anyone was in there, except for one Apollo camper and what looked like to be an Ares camper that picked a fight with a monster. The Apollo camper glanced toward me. "You should be resting." She chided.

I shrugged and kept moving along. The Apollo camper sighed and walked over to me, guiding me back to the bed I was apparently confined to. I sat down with a grumble, and began staring at the ceiling again.

At last, Will came into the infirmary to take over shift. He bounded over to me with a bright smile. "Hey, death boy, how you feeling?" he asked and kissed the top of my head.

I blushed. "Like I'm going to go insane if I don't leave this infirmary." I grumbled and flopped back onto the bed.

"Well, you could go to the campfire with me tonight, the Apollo cabin is leading the sing-a-long."

"Sure, whatever, as long as it gets me out of here."

"Okay, great! Then let's go, the campfire starts in like, ten minutes."

I sat up and looked at him confused, because I could have sworn it was only lunch time, but time works in mysterious ways. I shrugged and got up, making my way out of the infirmary. Will grabbed my hand and we began walking towards the campfire.

We approach the arena and everyone is already there, Will and I go over and sit with Percy, Annabeth, Piper, and Jason. After we sat down, Will's friends, Lou Ellen and Cecil come over and sit with us too. After Chiron makes a few announcements, the Apollo cabin begins the sing-a-long. Will gets up to sing with his cabin, and they begin with "I am my own Great-Great-Great-Great Grandpa" and the rest of the camp sings along, except for me.

Once they get to "This land is Minos's land" I cover my ears for two reasons, one, I hate hearing that name, I had a bad past with Minos, and two, Will must've known this song by heart, because he was belting it out for the whole long island sound to hear, and for being a son of Apollo, the god of music and many other things, he was terribly out of tune. You could see everyone else around the campfire wincing, trying to be polite and not cover their ears. Once the song ended, I think every camper sighed in relief, and poor Will didn't seem to notice how bad he sang, he came back over to sit next to me.

"You definitely shouldn't consider being a singer." I said brutally honest.

"I know, I just don't care, as long as i'm having fun, that's all that matters to me."

"But aren't you scared what people will think?"

"Nico. . . " Will sighed looking into my eyes. "Why should I care what other people think?"

I never got to answer because Percy, who was on the other side of me shouted, "MARSHMALLOWS!" and sprinted to the campfire to roast marshmallows, Will and I followed, with a laughing Piper and Jason.

Annabeth shook her head muttering, "Seaweed brain." I caught what she said and laughed.

Will looked at me like I was crazy, and grabbed both my shoulders. "Did Nico di Angelo just LAUGH??!!!" He shouted.

"Will. . . " I whined.

He just smirked and grabbed my hand, leading me towards the campfire. As we roasted marshmallows in silence, Will smiled. After he finished, I was already halfway finished eating mine. He pointed to my nose, "You got a little something right there. . . " and he swiped marshmallow onto my nose, and chuckled.

I scowled. "You did not just. . . " I threw the rest of mine in his face, and he laughed even harder, I laughed too, and that started the "Great Marshmallow War" and with a whole camp full of war trained demigods it can get intense. We had teams, kind of like capture the flag, both teams set up bases, behind stacked benches, each with their own small campfire to ready the marshmallows to fling at the other team. After ten minutes of marshmallow flinging everyone was sticky with white fluffiness, but kept going. Will and I managed to escape to the pier, near the canoe lake.

We sat there, legs dangling over the edge staring at the stars. I soon decided to jump into the lake, to wash off the sticky, I kept on my t-shirt and jeans, but threw off my black converse and socks. Will soon joined me.

After we swam around splashing each other for a while, we came back out onto the grassy edge of the lake and played back on the grass, holding hands.

"This is nice." Will sighed.

"Yeah, I wish it was like this forever." I answered.

A/N: Sorry for not updating as quickly as I usually do, I had a very busy weekend. Anywho, you know what song reminds me of Solangelo? "Best Friend"  by Rex Orange County. It's totally perfect for them. BYE!!!!
