Danger force Oneshots.

Silver Goes.

This one takes place in season 2. Silver has fire powers, and is Sadie's character. Sorry about not updating in a while.

Silver's POV.

Silver walked into the Man's Nest. Her hands twitching with nervous flames.

She hated that it had come to this, but she had to do it.

Everyone was sitting on the couch, scrolling on their phones, except for Chapa, who had a magazine. Schwoz was nearby, tinkering with something.

"Uh, Ray? I kinda need to talk to you."

Silver's hands were shaking. She tried to calm herself by concentrating on lessening the flames spurting from her fingers.

Ray looked up after a moment.

"Huh? Yeah? What?"

Silver sighed.

"I'm leaving Danger Force."

That got everyone's attention. They all looked at her in shock. Mika stood up. 

"Wait, what??"

Silver picked at her fingernails nervously. 

"Uh... Yeah. I got an offer from an Elite Force, or something. They want me to come and work in their city, to help with some giant threat or something."

The shocked faces of the others said it all. Ray was uncharacteristically silent. 

Silver paused, before looking at Ray. 

"So... Can you maybe get me my superhero status?"

Ray shook his head. 

"You aren't ready."

Silver did a double-take. 

"Excuse me?" 

"You. Aren't. Ready. You haven't been a sidekick long enough."

Silver scoffed. 

"You're kidding. You're kidding, right?"

"Does it look like I'm kidding??"

It didn't. 

"Ray, come on!"

Chapa cleared her throat. 

"Sorry, but... Silver, are you sure you're ready? I mean, you've only been a sidekick for a few years, right?"

Silver laughed dryly. 

"Ooh, a couple years? A couple years. Seriously? Ray, is that what you told them?" 

She rolled her eyes. 

"Let's see. I'm doing the math. I found out Henry was Kid Danger when I was 7. I started working in the Man Cave, training to become another sidekick when I was old enough. You finally gave me a sidekick status when I turned 9. I'm now 16. I've been your sidekick for 7 years. That's a year longer than Henry was your sidekick. Also, did you know that the average sidekick stays a sidekick for no longer than four years? I didn't think so."

(I really don't know how much of that was right, but let's just say it works, okay?)

Silver stood, looking at the shocked faces of everyone in the room. 

Mika let out a breath. 

"Woah. You... thought a lot about this, huh?" 

"Yes. Now, Ray. According to the Superhero code, section 12 paragraph 6, if a sidekick has been a sidekick for longer than five years, they are allowed to ask for superhero status, and the superhero is required to give it."

Ray blinked. He narrowed his eyes, and stomped off without a word. Silver pursed her lips.

"Right... He's not going to get it for me, is he."

Schwoz shrugged.

"Doubt it."

Silver sighed, and sat down on the couch, sulking.

"I'm going to be a sidekick for the rest of my life."

The others looked around at each other silently. Their sad eyes said it all.

*Time Skip.*

A few emergency calls, and a movie later, Ray finally emerged from wherever he was. He walked right up to Silver, and handed her a paper.

Silver took the paper, and looked at it. Surprised.

"Wait, you- ...you're giving me the superhero status?"

Ray nodded.

"You're right. I shouldn't hold you back anymore. You've been a sidekick for long enough."

Silver's face broke into a huge smile.

"Ray, thank you!"

The others all smiled, and watched as Silver hugged Ray tightly.

After a bit, Silver was ready to go to Dysotpia. She was going to visit Henry Charlotte and Jasper then go to Centunium City a week later.

After so long of being trapped being a sidekick, Silver could finally learn what she is like without the confines of Swellview.

Of course, she'd miss her home is Swellview, but she also knew that she had to leave eventually.

She was finally free.

So.... Yeah. That was kind of fun to do. I had the idea of doing a Danger Force and Lab Rats or Mighty Med crossoever for a while. Maybe I'll do a chapter of that soon.
