Roxanne woke up in her bed with a loud yawn as she reached for her glasses on the bed side table. She placed them on her face and groggily made her way to the bathroom. After fixing her messy bed head she entered the kitchen, where her roommate Jade was drinking the milk straight out the carton.

"Mornin'..." She said with her thick Jersey accent as she placed the now empty carton of milk onto the counter. "Good morning. Hung over again?" Roxanne asked as she took the carton and threw it away. "Yeah... probably gonna skip mornin' classes again..." She said nonchalantly as she walked to the living room and slumped onto the couch.

"Well make sure to drink lots of fluids. I'm gonna be off." Roxanne said as she quickly fixed herself a bagel and stuck into her mouth. "K'... say hi to the bimbo chick for me." Jade said, muffled by her face on the pillow.

Roxanne nodded and left the room immediately heading to her first class of the day, her lecture class. Once she got there, she immediately took her seat in the corner of the class and waited for class to start, occasionally glancing towards the door. After taking out her notebook book and utensils she heard a familiar voice and giggle.

"Roxy!" Roxanne heard as she looked up and saw her best friend, Lana waving at her with that same bubbly smile Roxanne always loved. She ran up to Roxanne and tightly hugged her, her pastel pink miniskirt rising a little too much for comfort. "How are you? I hope you weren't waiting too long for me." She asked as her chubby, tan body clung to Roxanne like glue to paper.

"I'm fine. No need to get so clingy." Roxanne chuckled as she lightly blushed. Lana finally let go and smiled warmly. "Sorry... I just get so excited whenever I see you." She giggled as she took her books out for notes. Roxanne smiled back. God... she was too sweet for her own good. It baffled her how much someone like Lana could care so much about her.

As the class started, everybody had begun writing their notes as the teacher, Mr. Atlas, began his lecture. While writing notes in her notebook, Roxanne would occasionally glance at Lana next to her, who wasn't even writing notes and was just making small doodles in her notebook, admiring her heavy makeup and fluffy blonde hair. She began to daydream about her, thinking about how their relationship would be different if she ever were to tell Lana her secret... that she was in love with her. "If I ever got the chance to, I'd give her the whole world..." She thought to herself before looking down at her book. "If only I could..."

Shortly after the lecture was over, Roxanne began to pack her things until Lana excitedly grabbed her arm. "Oh Roxy! Before I forget, would you want to come with me to a party this weekend? It's gonna be super fun!" She said enthusiastically as she practically had stars in her eyes. Roxanne wasn't really much for parties, hell she didn't even really know Krystal that well aside from what Lana had told her. But the way Lana looked at her, the happy shine in her brown eyes when she went out of her way to her, Roxanne couldn't say no to that.

"Sure. I'll go." She said with a soft smile, gently pushing her glasses up on her nose in an attempt to hide the subtle hints of blush on her face. Lana jumped up and down in happiness and clapped her hands together. "Oh thank you Roxy! I'll be sure to see you there!" Lana said as she picked up her books and supplies and headed out the door. As Lana walked out, Roxanne muttered to herself, "If only I could..."
