A h a d' s P O V:
I'm very happy right now. Like very very happy. I've always wanted some time alone with her. That could've been possible if we lived alone but my wife wanted to move in.
It's okay. Whatever she wants.
I walked inside the house and my face immediately twisted in annoyance when I saw a particular family seated on the couches.I tried walking away but meri naseeb itti acchi kahan hai.
[..My fate isn't that good.]
“Ahad!!” I huffed in annoyance and turned to Nimra. I gave her a bored look but she just smiled and tucked her hair.
eww. The only one who looks beautiful doing that is my Safira. I rolled my eyes.
“What?” I snapped. She smiled and tried to touch my arm but I stepped away.
“I heard you got married” she said and before I could speak, another voice piped in. “And, I'm his wife” I looked beside me and saw Safira holding my arm and giving her a forced smile.
I wrapped my arm around her waist and pulled her to myself. “oh, yeah” she said and ugly-ly let out a laugh.
“Why don't you go take a seat?” Safira said and Nimra nodded-and glared-at her and walked away.
Safira left my arm as she walked away before I could process anything.
What? What happened?
I ran behind her and caught her arm, pulling her towards me. She gasped.
I held her waist and pulled her closer. She rested her hands on my chest as she looked at me. “Kya baat hai, meri jaan?” I asked, tucking away a strand of her hair.
[What's the matter, my love?]
“Koi baat nahi hai, chodein mujhe” She said and tried wriggling out of my grip but I held her firm.
[Its nothing, let me go]
“Then why're you ignoring me, baby?”
“I'm not”
“Ahad?”
“Haanji?”
“Don't you think she's being too clingy with everyone? Like, Aysar ko chodne ka naam nahi le rahi vo aurat. He asked me to help him so I've been giving multiple tasks to him. Warna toh woh aurat Aysar ki godh mei hi baith jaye” I knew who she was referring to. I nodded.
[That woman is not leaving Aysar alone. He asked me to help him, so I've been giving him multiple tasks. Otherwise, she would practically sit in Aysar's lap.]
“She's always been like that. She's toxic-ly obsessed with him. Taras aata hai mujhe mere bhai par kabhi kabhi. He has to keep up with that chudail” I said immediately and received a smack on my head.
[Sometimes I feel sorry for my brother. He has to put up with that witch.]
“Don’t say that!” She warned and I nodded.
“Are we ready with the bags and arrangements?” I asked, changing the topic and she sighed.
“I don't think we should go now. Ghar mei log Hain. Aur aapne apni maasi se baat bhi nahi Kari aur mera cousin aur mom, dad bhi aa rahe hain. I don't think we can go today” She said and the small smile I was having on my face immediately fell.
[There are people at home. And you haven't even talked to your aunt, and my cousin, mom, and dad are also coming.]
“nooooo” I whined and she chuckled. “I'm sorry, I can't do anything-”
