Noah and I were walking hand in hand into the restaurant. Kellin and Andy already got there before us, so we sat down next to them.
"You guys took forever." Kellin laughed as he pushed drinks towards us. Sprite for me and something else for Noah.
"Remington doesn't drink, but I assumed you did. Let me know if you want to change this."
Noah nodded and took a sip of his drink, smiling. "It's good. Thanks."
He put his arm around my shoulders and kissed my head. I smile as Kellin looks at me happily.
"Geez. Makes me feel single here."
"Shut up, you and Vic have been going on since middle school."
"I know... sadly, he couldn't be here."
"So desperate for each other. I didn't need to go through high school, watching you both suck each other's faces." Andy laughed softly.
"Shut up. I didn't want to see you and Juliet but I did so you can't be talking. It's little Remy's first boyfriend. I'm just so proud and happy for him."
I blush and look at Noah. He smiled at me and ruffled my hair. "He's adorable. I couldn't say no to him when he asked."
Andy looked at me and then Noah before nodding and looking at the menu. "He is, isn't he? If only other people had that mindset." Andy laughed softly and shook his head. "It's crazy how much people don't realize they lost until it's gone."
I look at Andy and then Kellin. My heart was pounding. I was curious about what he was talking about. Was it me? Was he regretting not being with me when he had the chance.
Doesn't matter now, I'm happy. He's just being dumb. He went to Juliet, and he lost his chance.
"So, how exactly did you two meet? You just joined the label, so..." kelling asked, trying to change the subject.
"Oh! He was one of the newbies in the marching band. I was assigned to him, and then my senior year, he became captain, so yeah. It was fun."
"Oh, cool! I always loved watching your shows at football games!" Kellin laughed.
"Thanks... but it's all thanks to him. I wouldn't have known what I was doing if it weren't for Remington."
"That's nice. I'm glad he met you. You two seem like a good couple." Kellin smiled. He looked at Andy and then me.
"You know, when we were friends, we always said we would either marry each other or pretend to date each other if we couldn't get partners by the time our parents were expecting kids from us. It's funny how that turned out."
I tilted my head. I remember this, but what does he mean? "It's funny how that turned out..? What do you mean?"
"Well, none of us are going to settle down for kids anytime soon. I mean, Andy isn't even in a relationship, and you and Noah are still young."
"Oh...well, I mean, you and Vic want kids, though...no? I remember you guys talking about it once." I ask while leaning against Noah.
"Yeah. We actually might adopt -" kellin was cut off by a waiter walking up to us.
"Aren't you boys ready to get food?" He asked with a small smile.
"Oh. We'll get a half pepperoni pizza and half vegetable pizza."
He nods and looks at our drinks. "Any refills?" He asked, looking directly at Noah.
Noah looked at his cup and nodded. "Yeah, could I get another one?"
"Okay! I'll be right out with everything!"
He walked away and left us to talk again. "He was so trying to flirt with you, Noah." I laugh and kiss his cheeks.
Noah shrugged and took a sip of his drink. "He's cute. I'll give him that." He then kissed my head as he put his cup down and then pulled me closer to him. "But not as cute as you."
Kellin laughed and shook his head. "Back to what I was saying. Vic and I might adopt soon. We talked, and whenever one of us is on tour, we will try to have the other stay. We have family and friends to help out, and we are going to make sure to have a lot of time off to stay with the kid, too."
"I will gladly help you out. I love kids." I smile.
"Good! Because I was actually going to ask you and Andy, would you be their godfather? Both of you?"
I smile and grab Kellins hands. "Of course! I'm so happy right now!"
Noah grabbed my waist and pulled my back to sit down. "Babe, wait until we stand up to hug him. It's rude to climb over the table."
I laugh and kiss his cheeks before turning to Kellin. "Yes. I'd be honored."
Noah let go of me when the food came out and his drink was given to him. Hmthe waiter was about to walk away but came back and sighed softly.
"This is a long shot... but uh. Do you think I could get your number? Or instagram.." He asked, looking at Noah. He was visibly uncomfortable, which made me feel bad.
"I'm actually in a relationship with him." Noah laughs softly as he looks at me before looking back at the waiter. "But uh, you can have my Instagram. We can be friends if that's okay with you."
"Oh... okay! I'm so sorry!"
"It's fine, my Instagram is @noahsebastian."
The guy typed it on his phone, and his mouth instantly dropped. "You're famous... Holy shit."
Noah shook his head. "No, I'm not, but thanks. I'll follow you back. You can type it in."
He gave his phone to the waiter and then looked at me. He kissed my head and took his phone back when the waiter handed it to him.
"Okay, uh.. enjoy your food!"
We all started eating, and I went through my phone. My case was clear and in the back of my phone case was a small flower that Noah gave to me on our first date, a paper heart that was also given to me by Noah which has a note inside of it, a photo of Noah and I, and a photo of me, Kellin, and Andy.
"You have the photo still..?"
"Huh?" I turn my phone over and look. My eyes slightly widen, and then I laugh awkwardly. "Oh, yeah... I almost forgot about that. I've had it in my phone for years, and I just transferred it throughout phone cases without putting much thought into it. I guess I do know you, huh? Since you're in the photo.."
Andy frowned and nodded. "Yeah... you do."
