Class-S.

Normally, this class would be for the best of the best—the one percent. However, this was anything but that.

For example:

Someone like Bakugo. His quirk would easily qualify for class A, but his instincts and intelligence would make him eligible for Class S. However, he wasn't selected for the class.

For someone like Todoroki, his quirk would qualify for Class S. However, his demeanor and relationship with his father disqualify him from the class.

Then, for example, Izuku Midyoria. He would qualify since this would be the best place to grow in power and ability. Even then, he barely makes the cut due to his over-fascination with Heroes in general.

However, if we were talking about Heroes who make this class, only a few would be eligible to enter. They are, in order from most to least eligible, would be: AllMight, Star & Stripe, Best Jeanist, Edgeshoot, Mirko, Ryukyu, Fat Gum, and finally Sir Nighteye. But, even then, Best Jeanist and below barely make the cut.

Endeavor, for obvious reasons,  didn't make the cut. As for why AllMight and Star & Stripe make the cut, AllMight is seen as the World's number-one Hero and Star & Stripe is alone the strongest Heroine and borderline the strongest if she uses her Quirk differently.

The reason they are grouped like this is due to how they act both privately and publicly. That is the number one main reason. The second reason is their Quirks. AllMight is theoretically able to use 100% of OFA, thus making him eligible for S-class. Star & Stripe, however, is eligible for S-class due to her Quirk being far beyond anyone's bar hers understanding.

As for why I qualify for the class is mainly due to my Quirk and background being relatively unknown. My Quirk, which is similar to Star & Stripe's Quirk, unknown to anyone but me is in terms of how strong it can become. Hell, it may be nearly impossible for anyone but someone with a Quirk similar to mine to kill me. Not even Shirigaraki's Quirk, Decay, would be able to overcome my natural regeneration.

As for my background, I don't even know who my biological parents are and my adopted family is all dead. So I could have gone to either side of the coin.

If I were to put it all into a file, it would look something like this:

.

Full Name: Akaski Suraimu

Quirk: 'Slime'- Not much is known about this quirk's abilities. Only that it has three intrinsic abilities, Absorbe, Dessolve, and self-regeneration. And now, Assimilation.

[Basic -> Beginner -> Novice -> Apprentice ->Journeyman -> Expert -> Master - Grandmaster]

Basic Skills: Absorbe, Dissolve, Self-regeneration, TBD

Swordsmanship (Apprentice level) - Oborozuki Hikari Style (Hazy Moonlight style)

Hand-to-hand (Apprentice level)

.

But the tidings of this class were the least of my worries, as it was now time to deal with the UA Sports Festival.

I sighed as I waited for Ida to come and get us for the crowd outside in the stadium grew louder and louder. I leaned back in my chair, making it squeak, and made several students jump in fright. I wanted to giggle at their nervousness, but more important things weighed deeply on my mind.

For example, Nezu wanted me to 'hide' the majority of my abilities unless he told me to. He had a feeling that far too many eyes would be watching this year. So he wanted me to 'tone' down the abilities I would show.

So I was limiting myself to my swordsmanship, my slime form, and a lowered version of my regeneration and strength. I wasn't worried as I was probably the most skilled in terms of training. I may even score a win here if I play my cards right.

But as I was waiting for the announcement, Momo Yaoyorozu and Kyoka Jiro asked if they could talk to me about something. Seeing as everyone was far too busy to notice if we talked, I agreed.

.

"What's this about?" I asked as I thought nothing of it, they probably wanted some hair care tips or something.

"We know you'll be holding back," Jiro stated which caused me to raise an eyebrow.

"We don't know why," Momo spoke before I could reply, "We want to beat you with your full strength during the finals."

.

Before I could reply once again, we were called by Ida. I sighed and muttered under my breath, before walking off knowing that this was gonna be a drag.

As we were announced and stepped onto the field, the crowd roared with cheers and celebrations. Most of the class waved either waved or smiled weakly. I just kept a cool head and waved as Bakugo and the few who didn't wave just grunted. After the other classes were called, and the rivalry between all those who weren't class 1-A and those who were put on display, I was called to the stands to make the opening speech.

This was something that I wish Nezu would have let me skip, but, he was insistent that I make the speech.

As I stepped up onto the stands, I heard Bakugo scream in rage before Midnight shut him up after cracking her whip. My thoughts were running a mile a minute as I tried to figure out what to say.

When I reached the mic, I took a deep breath and spoke.

.

"I'll keep this brief," I spoke with a monotone voice, "We are here today to show the world what we can do. To show the world that we can be the Pillars that hold up the virtues of the past generation. To show the world that we will fight for what's right. And to go beyond! PLUS ULTA!!!"

"PLUS ULTRA!!!"

.

As the crowd cheered for my speech and the future, I took my place back in my class. Some were thankful that it was me and not Bakugo to gave the speech. Others were a little underwhelmed by my grand speech. I, however, was just glad that I didn't stutter.

The roar of the crowd soon died down as Midnight took the stage again. The sway of her hips hypnotized the males and a few females in the crowd. She then announced that the three trials would be randomized. As the electronic scoreboard whirled to life, she announced that the first trial would be an Obstacle course.

Getting to the starting line, I noticed that the first obstacle was a narrow corridor right after the start. I sighed as I immediately noticed that there was a subtle mind game involved with the race. Nezu, I have to say, you are an arsehole.
