She reached in and pulled out a yellowish, aged paper. She looked at it closely and discovered it wasn't just a paper it was a note. She showed it to her mother but her mom didn't say anything. She asked if she could go show Max and Jacob. Of course her mom let her, she finally made some friends. When she got there she hurried to the door. She rang the doorbell until someone opened the door. "Hi Jacob I have something to show you." "What is it?" He asked. "I found a note tucked away in my wall, and I need help figuring out the secrets hidden in the message." "And you want me and Max to ride this dangerous, crazy ride with you..?" "Well I was kind of hoping." He agrees but he is kind of scared. They went and got Max to ask her if she was in. Of course she would, she loves to take dares. They went home and packed their sleeping bags, food, flashlights, etc. They met up at Jacobs house. "Ya ready.." asked Kayla. "As ready as I'll ever be." Max said, Jacob was just regretting saying yes.
