Chiron-B sometimes forgets the various traits that his various students had inherited from their respective fathers, such as the children of Ares who picked fights, the vanity that many of the children of Aphrodite had, the pride of the children of Athena, the taste for the theft or pranks of the children of Hermes, the children of Hephaestus being a little antisocial, the desire to win of the children of Nike, and much more.
It's just that the ancient centaur forgets it sometimes when the demigods act differently from their respective parents, as in the case of Jason who doesn't have the paranoia or greed for the power of Zeus/Jupiter, or like Thalia who refuses to be like that, to be like her father. So the seventh son of Kronos forgets that sometimes the way the children of the three kings of the Greco-Roman pantheon, Zeus, Poseidon and Hades, react is quite exaggerated or dramatic, as is currently the case with Nico.
