(Information): After seeing how very effective and powerful those Kamen Riders are during the events of JeymisPeixoto's upcoming "The Mega Mixers: Merged Alliance!" Prequel Story, Yuri decided to become his own Kamen Rider by telling some Members of The Ultimate Heroic Alliance/The U.H.A. his Idea, which they agreed on and made him transform into Kamen Rider Spec-Ops.
He will become Kamen Rider Spec-Ops in JeymisPeixoto's upcoming "Blitzo's Multiversal Journey 2: Through the CrossHero-Verse!" Crossover Book, where it'll have the usual Kamen Rider Abilities that are seem most of the time, however he'll also have the Ability to summon various Military Weapons to use in battle.
