"SHE WALKED IN ON YOU MAKING OUT?" ELEANOR EXCLAIMED. She had to just keep going on with her life after the incident at the tomb, so she went to school and talked to Caroline like she usually did, listening to all of the latest drama that she had for her after school. Apparently, Matt's mom had decided to come home at the exact wrong moment after being away for months, and she was not happy with what she found.

Caroline groaned with a nod, leaning down and banging her head on the table. She seemed absolutely mortified because it seemed that Kelly Donovan had not reacted well. "Yes, it was so awful. She hates me."

"I'm sure that's not true," Eleanor told her, sure that it could not have been that bad. What did she expect her teenage son to be doing? She must have known that he had girlfriends.

"You weren't there. She actually hates me," the Forbes girl assured her, putting her head in her hands and peering up at Eleanor through her fingers. "It's not even the making out thing. She would've been ecstatic if she walked in on him kissing Elena. It's me she has the problem with."

Eleanor shrugged. She doubted that it helped, but she informed her, "Well, I like you a lot more than Elena."

"Have you ever even interacted with Elena?" Caroline questioned with raised eyebrows. Eleanor definitely had, but not in any environment that she was able to tell the girl about. It had been purely supernatural business when she spoke to her. The blonde girl did not even wait for her to answer, assuming that she already knew. "It's nothing new. Everyone always likes Elena more, and why shouldn't they? She's perfect."

"She's far from perfect, and everyone else doesn't know what they're missing out on," the Chetwood girl assured her. Elena definitely seemed like a nice person and all but from what she had seen, Elleanor would much rather spend her time with Caroline than her.

Caroline grinned, "Thanks, Ellie."

After their talk, the girls walked over to the Grill for the some raffle fundraiser where they were raffling off the men of Mystic Falls. It was kind of really creepy, but the proceeds went to a Founder's Day celebration. Eleanor was sitting at the front check-in with Caroline and Matt, selling people their tickets.
