"Kamako-chan! You're late again!"

I slowly walk nonchalantly towards my angry team who were waiting for me. I yawn, not caring about any of their chinaningans.

"Keep whining like that and I'll make you wait even more longer, Arashi"
The fellow boy blushes slightly before turning his head away, crossing his arms.

Pathetic. How can one have time for crushes when you could spend that time training instead of daydreaming? Maybe that's why he's more useless than kunais.

"Children. That's enough. Kamako, Arashi is right. You are often late, which isn't shinobi behavior."
My sensei said roughly. I answered by rolling my eyes and walking towards the gates of my village.

"Can we just go? We don't have all day."

"Kamako-kun? Is everything okay? You're quieter than usual..."
My close friend, Koen, asks me as we're walking. I look at her. I part my lips, hesitant to tell her everything. I close back my mouth abruptly before shaking my head quickly.
"I'm fine, ya? Don't worry bout Me. I'm running on 3 hours of sleep, you know"
I wink, sticking out my tongue, which she replies by a small giggle.

"Kamako?"

I let out an inaudible sigh before turning around to my sensei who startled me. Why does everyone want to speak to me today?! How am I supposed to prepare myself mentally for this mission of mine.
"Mhm?"

"Come here."
He orders. I'm hesitant for a split second before slowling down my pace and standing besides him.

"So. It's not exactly a... secret. Your relation with.. a certain ninja of Konohagakure. But i shall ask... do you plan on finding and meeting Hatake Kakashi?"
I could feel his uncomfortable tone. He looked unsure of how to put his thoughts.

I keep my straight face, not blinking nor looking away.
"How course not, sensei. Why would I want to meet with a parent I remember nothing of? What a silly thought of yours."

"Arashi."

His head flies to look at me, his eyes gleaming with expect.
"Yes Kamako-chan? What can I do for you!"

I raise an eyebrow at his reaction
"Can you pass the salt?"

His smile wades slightly before doing what I demanded.

We stopped at a small shop for diner since everyone - minus me - were crying of hunger. We sat all four around a table, eating different kind of goods.

I find myself unexpectedly staring at my teamate Arashi - out of pity, of course. He's been whipped about me for years and I've only rejected him dozen of times.

Now that I'm looking at him from a different perspective... he might look a bit handsome. His dark brown hair falling In front of his eyes and headband, his golden colored eyes whom I'd seen too much felt... beautiful now.

My eyes widens, lips parting, as I realize hose damn thoughts of mine. Suddenly, Arashi looks up from his food to me, making an awkward eye contact from my staring. I look away as fast as possible.

Koen, besides me, elbows me, raising her eyebrows and smirking at me. I cross my arms, frowning and shaking my head.

We finished eating our meal to the sound of our sensei explaining useless things that no one cared for.

Alright, Team 4! Let's get going, shall the real adventure begins now!"
Sensei smashed his hands on the table, getting up, which cause the whole team to get surprised.

"Sensei, were delivering a scroll to the Hokage. That's like the most boring mission of a lifetime."
Koen grumbles, getting up.

A/n: filler chapter for more character informations. FYI, I won't make very long chapters, I'd rather make more than longer ones.
