In season 3 special, while Akira is possessed by the lady bone demon, inside of her mind, Akira was tormented, tortured and having a lot of hallucinations by her and was forced to watch herself attacking her friends and family as the 4 to 6 tailed-fox beast, it completely traumatized her. After defeating Lady Bone Demon, Akira is still affected by the trauma that she went through, she was having hallucinations and nightmares about what happened, Lady Bone Demon has gotten into her head.
