--------------------------------------------------------

Tintin was sitting on the couch of the living room, feeling a mix of frustration and embarassment of what happened earlier. Infront of her is the bewilthered and annoyed Stacey staring right at her, like she's brutally peeling Tintin's skin off in her mind.

The room was filled with heavy and unspoken tension. With Manang Cora at the side of the staircase, Jhoanna's embarassment escalates. She's worried what Stacey's parents would say or even do. Will she get fired? Will she recieve more humiliation? She doesn't know

Stacey stood up, she eyes her up and down, one brow higher than the other. Her arms were crossed as she waited for her mother to show up

"What's happening here?" Stacey's mom asked, wondering what the commotion in Stacey's room was about. Jaime, her father, followed behind

"She entered my room without my permission, and she even had the guts to peek on me in the bathroom" Stacey ranted, pointing to Tintin herself

Jhoanna opened her mouth to talk but she was interupted, "what? Tin explain yourself" Stacey's mom said in command and confusion

"Ma'am, sorry po. Hinahanap ko lang po yung phone ko kasi" Jhoanna explained while looking down. She can't face them, she knows it was not the right thing to do

"Bingi ka ba or tanga ka lang? How many times do I have to tell you na wala nga ang cheap mong cellphone sa kwarto ko" Stacey crossed her arms again. Why would she lie about that? She doesn't want to even touch the filthy and crappy phone

"Stacey, your language" her father scolded her

"I want her fired" Stacey stood her ground. Staying at the same position she was before

Jhoanna's eyes widen at the latter's response. She can't and doesn't want to get fired, may utang pa siya sa amo n'ya. Plus, sayang rin yung kikitain

"No" Her mother said. Stacey's irritation grew

"I won't fire her"

"What? Why?!"

"Because! Kung hinayaan mo na s'yang hanapin yung phone n'ya sa room mo, this wouldn't have happened" Stacey's mom sided with Jhoanna. Leaving Stacey baffled by her mother's reply

"Really Mom? You're gonna side with her?"

"Pa, she invaded my freeking privacy!" Stacey looked at her father for back-up. Her father just looked at her, "Stacey, enough"

Jaime couldn't do anything to persuade his wife to making another decision if Ivy's already commited to it. Hence, his reaction to his daughter

Jhoanna stayed there, sitting in silence but screaming deep inside her

"Ugh!"

"I'm giving her another chance and let her look for her phone sa room mo. End of discussion" Stacey's mom said in superiority and walked out the living room, making her way to their bedroom. Her husband followed, but he knows he has to do something to ease his daughter's mind

She can give this stupid person a second chance, while nanay puring and tatay poro was fired on the spot?! Stacey thought. Her blood boiling with annoyance

There, Stacey, Manang Cora and Jhoanna was left in the living room. Stacey walked out and went to her room uptairs, stomping her feet each step like a little child. She loudly banged her door and slumped on her bed, a feeling the displeasure wash over her
