*Girl pov*- after talking with Loki

The man was utterly intriguing. I had no idea I was speaking to Loki, the God of Mischief—the very figure I had read about in countless tales of wars across the realms. Why would someone like him want to engage with me? I knew he was after information about the Stone, yet a part of me felt trust towards him. Still, I couldn't shake the fear that gripped me. I almost revealed everything about that fateful day with the Stone, but terror held me back. I reminded myself: I can't trust him. I can't trust anyone.

As Loki turned to leave and rejoin the other gods, I felt a strange urge to follow him. But no, I couldn't. I didn't know who they were or what they might do. Yet, there was something about Loki's calm demeanour that had sparked a flicker of comfort within me during our conversation. Still, I reminded myself: that he only wanted information.

I see the gods huddled together, and Suddenly, a brilliant burst of light erupts from where they stand, illuminating the space around them. It must be the Bifrost I've read about—a gateway to another realm. An irresistible pull tugs at me, urging me to follow them into the unknown. Can I..... leave with them?

The realization struck me like a ton of bricks. No one from the Nine Realms ever visits the afterlife—this is my chance to escape, something I'd never considered before.

I'm done enduring the torment my father inflicts and the abuse from my brother. There's no love for me here, and I feel none for this place or its people. I need to leave this realm. I desperately need help.

I watched as the three gods slowly approached the Bifrost, preparing to leave. With every ounce of strength in my weak body, I sprinted toward them.

"WAIT... PLEASE WAIT!"

I stumbled through the ghostly gardens, dodging the lost souls that roamed the realm.

They turned to face me, their expressions a mix of curiosity and concern.

I finally reached them, breathless and exhausted, collapsing into one of God's strong arms.

With the last bit of strength I could muster, I lifted my head.

"Save... me... please, save me from him." My words barely escaped my lips before my head drooped, and a wave of sleep washed over me.

Loki and Thor turned to Odin, seeking his guidance.

"We can't help her," Odin declared firmly.

"Odin, look at her! She's vulnerable and in desperate need of help," Loki shot back, anger simmering in his voice.

"Bondulf will be furious if we take her. It's abduction" Odin insisted.

"It's not abduction if we're saving her life! From the looks of it, The king is tormenting her without mercy. She deserves better," Loki argued passionately.

"I agree. We can't leave her like this," Thor added determination in his tone.

Why are you all of a sudden caring for this stranger Loki? Odin questioned

"Because I, of all people, understand the sting of a father's betrayal. We cannot leave her to suffer that fate." Loki hissed

Odin took a deep, frustrated breath at Loki's words. "We cannot take her, Loki. She must be left to her fate. Let her go, Thor," he ordered, his voice firm and unwavering.

"I'm sorry, Father, but I refuse to abandon her. If anything happens to her because we didn't act, the blame will fall on me and Loki."

"And if she trusts us, we can extract the information you want about the Mind Stone. I know she has it," Loki interjected, knowing that's what Odin truly wants

Odin fell silent, contemplating their words.

Odin takes a breath " If we take her, Loki you will be the one to extract her memories and gather the information. If it turns out she knows nothing, I will send her back to the afterlife without hesitation. This responsibility rests solely on your shoulders." Odin orders Loki with a warning glare.

"Why does the responsibility fall on me, Odin? Why can't Thor handle it? Why do I always seem to get the raw deal?" Loki retorted, frustration boiling over.

Odin's expression hardened, his voice rising with authority. "Enough, Loki! Do you think I relish placing this burden upon you? Thor's strength is not what is needed here—only you have the skill to navigate such treachery. If you cannot rise to this challenge, then perhaps you underestimate your worth. Do not question my judgment; fulfil your duty, or face the consequences."

Loki stood in silence, grappling with his thoughts. He didn't like the weight of responsibility for this girl's fate resting on his shoulders. While he was undeniably intrigued by her, her life shouldn't be in his hands. No one's life should ever be subject to his whims.

Odin finally nodded in agreement with Thor. At that moment, the three gods and the girl in Thor's arms were enveloped by the Bifrost and transported back to Asgard.

Heimdall knelt before Odin.

"I've informed the healers to prepare for the visitor," he said.

"Thank you," Odin replied, his voice steady.

"We need to hurry; she's burning up!" Thor insisted.

I approached Thor and pressed the back of my hand to the girl's forehead. A jolt of pain shot through me, and I yanked my hand away, shocked by the intense heat radiating from her skin.

"You're right. Put your hand on my shoulder, and I'll teleport," I urged.

Thor grasped my shoulder, but I was startled to feel another hand there. I turned to find Odin beside me. I didn't question his presence, though I couldn't shake the feeling that his concern for the girl was less than genuine.

In an instant, we teleported just outside the healer's room.

The door swung open, revealing the chaos within. Healers rushed about, their voices rising above the clatter of instruments. The scent of herbs and antiseptics filled the air, a sharp contrast to the heat emanating from the girl.

"Make way!" I shouted as we stepped into the room.

The head healer turned, her eyes widening at the sight of the girl. "What happened?" she demanded, her hands already moving to assess the situation.

"We are not sure," Odin said from afar

Eir the head healer nodded sharply
