Aunt Duty

(All conversations with her family are in German so just imagine it that way)

Cara POV:

I was now for one and a half weeks in Germany back with my family after i saw the last game of the season from Wolfsburg with Lia who obviously tried to get as much as possible out of me.

Of course everyone had questions after Leah and i arrived sepreatly at Kingsmeadow and didnt really talk to each other or anything.

But we tried to communicate them that this was something between us two and no one really should now what is going on right now.
Besides Beth,Lia,Viv and Katie aswell as Caitlin,Jen and Steph who found it out through the other ones.

After i went to the Wolfsburg Game and drove home obviously my family wanted to know what is going on cause they obviously knew through Amanda.
Which wasnt ideal but i can't blame them i would to do the same if one of the relationships my cousins have would be in this situation right now.

Leah and i talked here and there.
But only through texts.
She needed to concentrate on her rehab and i trained here in Germany to get as fit as possible for this World Cup and use the time to get all of this things out of my head.

Not that they werent important.
They were really important but i try to shut it all down while training in the Gym or on the Pitch.

I sigh and get up from the ground from my hometown pitch from my first club and pack my backpack with all the things i brought for Training before changing my shoes and walk to the car of my dad who was waiting for me already.

,,Thought i gave you a drive back"  he says with a smile on his face while leaving his car and i shake my head slightly.

,,Would be nice if you can take my bag..i want to run back" i tell him and lay my backpack down in his car.

,,Are you sure ?It seems like it might start raining" he says and i nod with a small smile.

,,I live in England..did you forget ?A little bit of rain wont disturbe me" i say with a small grin on my face.

He nods and opens up his car door again before looking at me again.
,,Are you okay ? Or do you want to talk ?" he asks me and i sigh slightly.

,,Dad i promise im okay..i just want to take a run back" i say to him and she nods and gets into his car and drives back to the House.

I sigh and get my airpods out to put on some music before i take a run back to my parents house and think about this whole situation a bit before coming back and look surprised to my grandparents aswell as my parents obviously and my cousin Gina with her husband Brian and their two little ones Eve and Theo.

,,Hello..is everything okay ?" i ask them while i put my airpods away and they all look at me.

,,God..Cara you are our Hero.You need to look after Eve and Theo" Gina says and i raise my eyebrows.

,,I need to look after them ?Why do i need to do this ?" i ask her.

Gina sighs and comes up to me ,,Our Babysitter is sick and Brian and i need to drive down to Cologne to speak to some Investors for our company" she says and i look to my parents.

,,And why do you two cant look after them ?" i ask them.

,,You know that we are driving to Hamburg..we have an important dinner for my firm" Mom says and i sigh and before i cant even ask my grandparents they all three shake their head.

,,We are driving to our camping site" my grandpa says and i sigh and roll my eyes.

,,Please..you like them..they like you.
They missed you and you are their favorite aunt" Gina says and i nod.
